Not satisfied with the service. I took my car to the nalley Volkswagen at roswell and get the brakes changed. They originally told me it would cost $900 with a 15% discount, and I agreed based on that. But after the work was done, they said they weren’t applying the discount anymore and I had to pay the full price. If I had known that upfront, I never would’ve agreed to the service. They also told me it would only take 2 hours, but I ended up waiting over 6 hours. The whole process was frustrating and way more expensive than expected. Just a heads up when Nalley says they're giving you a guarantee or a deal, don't take it at face value. They charged me about 4 times more than what other shops quoted me for the same work. Be careful and get everything in writing before you agree to anything. More

We leased the top of the line VW Atlas from Nalley VW in April of this year (2024). After our test drive, I noticed the stitching in the front passenger seat was coming loose pretty significantly, and the d April of this year (2024). After our test drive, I noticed the stitching in the front passenger seat was coming loose pretty significantly, and the dealership assured me that it will get repaired as soon as possible. We decided to take possession of the vehicle knowing that we’ll just take back in for a quick fix within a few weeks. I did take the vehicle back in the following weeks, and the recommendation was to get the seat cover replaced. It took 11 months and countless follow ups to get Nalley VW to replace the seat cover. The lack of service at this VW dealership and the poor quality of what is a $50K vehicle has been disappointing. More
I would rate this dealership 0 stars if I could, but as a service advisor myself, I understand the importance of these surveys. My car buying experience was a bad start, and service followed up with just as poor of an experience. No service lane, nobody to greet you outside. After walking in, the service advisors didn’t even look up from their computers until I greeted them myself. My advisor didn’t introduce himself, nor did he tell me what would be done to my car until the paperwork was in front of me asking to sign, and I had to ask. He did not ask if I had any other concerns with the car. I was not directed to any waiting area. The service took 2.5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection on a car with 10,000 miles. The place was empty. I had to ask if my car was done, which it was, and I have no idea for how long. I was walked to my car, only to be asked to fill out the survey with 5 stars. Not one part of my advisor’s service was worth even a 3 star rating. No loaners or even Uber available. I get it- the dealership is unable to provide the luxuries that account for a 5 star experience, and that is not on the advisors. But at least make sure the customer is informed, all important questions are asked, and service is friendly. More
