Just moved to Atlanta from rural WI, I feel very blessed to have found Nalley Toyota. I have a 2012 Highlander which David and the service department keeps running like new. This dealership is completely incompetent in the service department. They will overcharge you in labor rates by hundreds to thousands of dollars. They also will tell you that it is common for Toyotas to hav department. They will overcharge you in labor rates by hundreds to thousands of dollars. Went in for a new battery as the one Nalley put in October 2022 died. We thought that Nalley would be able to efficiently give us a new battery in a short time. Got there at 7:30 am. It took an hou October 2022 died. We thought that Nalley would be able to efficiently give us a new battery in a short time. Got there at 7:30 am. It took an hour for them to diagnose it was a dead battery. Then they recommended terminals get cleaned and alignment get done. We just needed a new battery. We inquired about getting an upgraded battery but it took so long to get service done we were just ready to leave. When the car was eventually pulled around, the hood was not even latched. We could have gone to auto zone and gotten a new battery for a fraction of the time and probably less money. Lesson learned- do not go to Nalley Toyota of Roswell. More
