Ben, my customer service person, did a fine job. He was attentive and gave me timely updates on my car's status. He was extremely helpful and made sure that I knew if I had any problems whatsoever that I s attentive and gave me timely updates on my car's status. He was extremely helpful and made sure that I knew if I had any problems whatsoever that I should call him and he would help me get them resolved. He even gave me his cell number to make sure I could contact him directly. His efforts were A+ and I rated him as such. I was entitled to a car wash with my pre-purchase of a maintenance plan on the car which included a car wash coupon when I bought the car at this dealership. I included the coupon for this visit and had the car washed. When I got home I was able to see that the wash was not the greatest quality. The car was not dried properly, which resulted in streaking and both the mirrors were streaked. I decided not to call Ben on this matter. Since the maintenance work was handled great by ben and the wash was not quite up to the same quality (really quality control in this case), I took a little off on the quality rating. When I made the appointment online I was called back immediately (good!!) and was asked if there was a service rep I preferred to work with. I had a very good visit with Cheri during my prior visit and was set up by the rep with her for this visit. The call center rep told me to bring my car to the attention of Cheri at the appointed time, which I intended ot do. When I got there she was not at her station or in the maintenance area so I waited for her. I thought she might be just coming back from lunch. A couple of folks told me that they would be with me in a short time. Ben came by and told me he would be with me in a moment. I told him I had an appointment booked with Cheri. He then told me that Cheri was off that entire day. While Ben took great care of my visit, I didnt think this was the most customer friendly way to start the service process with the call center rep not knowing who would be working or off that day. Battery went dead. it was under warranty. Rolled into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon, they took me right in, replaced the battery at no charge and sent me on my way within an hour. I looked at a car a few times and every time the customer service was very good. It was made clear to me that the employees were not on commission which made the dealing experience a positive one. Purchasing my car from Nalley Toyota of Roswell was the best experience I could have asked for. Three weeks before my purchase I had been in a car accident, totaled my car and had never gone through the ca best experience I could have asked for. Three weeks before my purchase I had been in a car accident, totaled my car and had never gone through the car buying process by myself. Life in general was very stressful having to balance regular day activities with the unplanned events around a wreck and car buying. After test driving many cars at various dealerships I narrowed my decision down to a 2011 Toyota Rav4. I knew the exact color, body style and price range I was willing to pay. My husband and I called Nalley telling them exactly what we were looking for and how much we were ready to pay. Nalley did not have the car in stock but offered to locate one and trade one of their units on lot with another dealership. I was thrilled with the extra steps they took so I could have the car..and color... I really wanted. Nalley did a great job establishing time lines around the delivery of my car, keeping the communication channel open and being a friendly and honest company to do business with. When my car came in I inspected the vehicle, test drove it and even wanted to drive it in darkness so I could test out the headlights. The Nalley of Roswell employees were very patient with me and provided an avenue for each of my "inspection oddities" so I could check off every possible thought/concern before officially purchasing the vehicle. I was happy with my experience, my selection and the pricing. I will return to Nalley of Toyota for future purchases. More
We looked at 5 dealerships in the same day and returned to Nalley to complete the best deal with our sales rep. The personnel at the dealership were all very friendly, offering to help when our sales rep w to Nalley to complete the best deal with our sales rep. The personnel at the dealership were all very friendly, offering to help when our sales rep was not immediately present at the second time we arrived that day. Even though there were several people closing their deals that evening, the finance officer was both thorough and efficient and gave us his complete attention. He was quick to make changes and complete all the paperwork correctly. The weather was severe with high winds, heavy rain, and thunder, so they gave us an additional detail for the car. The service department had great customer service and I was given immediate attention. Best of all, I am very happy with my new Prius. I drive 150 miles round trip to work and the mpg is really good - so far a consistent 44. The power moves seamlessly between battery and engine! It handles well in the I75 traffic with plenty of pep. So happy! More
We got a fair price at this dealership on a 2008 Avalon Limited. The car had been a corporate lease, "like new," and Toyota certified. I LOVE this car. The next day we discovered that the bright lights we Limited. The car had been a corporate lease, "like new," and Toyota certified. I LOVE this car. The next day we discovered that the bright lights weren't working, and there was no cup holder divider. We took the car back to Nalley the next day and they replaced the headlights and cup holder divider at no charge and even gave us a Prius "loaner" vehicle for the day. No complaints. Matt promised us an additional key fob at dealer cost, so we'll have to wait and see if that materializes. Overall rating is based on being satisfied with our experience. More

We brought our older Toyota Sienna in to have ignition keys duplicated and reflashed. The day before, we had replaced the cabin air filter -- an easy replacement for owners, with a filter costing about $2 keys duplicated and reflashed. The day before, we had replaced the cabin air filter -- an easy replacement for owners, with a filter costing about $20 from an auto supply store. While we were there for the re-keying, the dealership was very careful about catching the car up-to-date on outstanding recall notices. However, as the service tech reviewed the list of items that cropped up on a "review", the tech declared that the cabin air filter was in need of changing, that it was only "marginal" at best, and they would be happy to replace it for $35. When we told her that the filter had just been replaced the day before, she got flustered and said that the guy doing the inspection must have "made a mistake." Given the work that had to be done to get into the cabin air filter and "inspect" it, our guess is that the the filter wasn't even looked at. We really resented the attempt at milking us for unnecessary service, and will not be returning. More
We dropped by this dealership to look at its used Tundras. We were greeted promptly on the lot, however, when we asked to look at look at their Tundras we commented that they were each priced $5,000 Tundras. We were greeted promptly on the lot, however, when we asked to look at look at their Tundras we commented that they were each priced $5,000 or more over other lots we had been to for comparable trucks. The salesperson shrugged and said that they put their best price on the sticker and that they couldn't help us and walked off. She did not try to find us anything within our price range nor was she open to discussing the price of the Tundras. We promptly left and purchased the vehicle we were looking for from World Toyota off Peachtree Industrial three hours later for literally $10,000 less than Nalley was asking. Save your time and skip this dealership and go to World. More
