I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Ben Brown was very helpful in getting the job done. He was very professional and even threw in a free car wash. He also provided me with contact information if I have any future questions or concerns about my toyota maintenence plan. I only rated it a 4 due to the timeliness of the job. Takes about and hr and half for the services stated above; other than that, everything was great. Thanks guys. More

Soon after the General Manager, Dewayne Fairchild, responded to my review, I received a phone call from Mark Harrington, the Used Car Manager at Nalley Toyota. He said that they would like me to bring responded to my review, I received a phone call from Mark Harrington, the Used Car Manager at Nalley Toyota. He said that they would like me to bring my vehicle in so that they could take care of my Camry. Mark was very courteous, accommodating, and willing to make things right, as was the Service Consultant, Jeremy McCluggage. I am very appreciative of the way I was treated, and it has turned my opinion of my experience around. I appreciate good customer service and I believe I can trust that my vehicle will be taken care of each time I bring it to be serviced in the future. More
Customer Service? Once you buy your used vehicle, don't expect much. I bought a used vehicle 3 weeks ago and it needed some fixes which were agreed upon at the time of sale. I noticed a shimmy upon breakin expect much. I bought a used vehicle 3 weeks ago and it needed some fixes which were agreed upon at the time of sale. I noticed a shimmy upon breaking, days after the purchase that I didn't notice on test drive because I drove it such a short distance. I told the dealership that I would like this looked at and fixed also. After they looked at they said I needed it was the rotors that needed turning, but that I would have to pay for it. They were going to charge $300. I was very shocked and disappointed that they wouldn't take care of this because after all the car is "Certified". I spoke with Jerry Brown, the used care manager, who has an "I don't care about you now that you've bought a used car" attitude, and told me that "we are not an open checkbook", when he knows he should have taken care of a problem he called "wear and tear". I have had the car less 3 weeks. It was "wear and tear", but it wasn't from me, yet he doesn't care. Beware of the "certification", you may want to take the vehicle elsewhere to have it looked over since you cannot trust the certification. According to Jerry Brown, they check off things as "within acceptable guidelines", so you may find yourself paying out of pocket for repairs sooner than you think. I trusted that I would receive good customer care, but this dealership has lost my trust and has lost a customer. I will NOT EVER take my car to be worked on at Nalley after dealing with the Used Car manager. More

Ben, my customer service person, did a fine job. He was attentive and gave me timely updates on my car's status. He was extremely helpful and made sure that I knew if I had any problems whatsoever that I s attentive and gave me timely updates on my car's status. He was extremely helpful and made sure that I knew if I had any problems whatsoever that I should call him and he would help me get them resolved. He even gave me his cell number to make sure I could contact him directly. His efforts were A+ and I rated him as such. I was entitled to a car wash with my pre-purchase of a maintenance plan on the car which included a car wash coupon when I bought the car at this dealership. I included the coupon for this visit and had the car washed. When I got home I was able to see that the wash was not the greatest quality. The car was not dried properly, which resulted in streaking and both the mirrors were streaked. I decided not to call Ben on this matter. Since the maintenance work was handled great by ben and the wash was not quite up to the same quality (really quality control in this case), I took a little off on the quality rating. When I made the appointment online I was called back immediately (good!!) and was asked if there was a service rep I preferred to work with. I had a very good visit with Cheri during my prior visit and was set up by the rep with her for this visit. The call center rep told me to bring my car to the attention of Cheri at the appointed time, which I intended ot do. When I got there she was not at her station or in the maintenance area so I waited for her. I thought she might be just coming back from lunch. A couple of folks told me that they would be with me in a short time. Ben came by and told me he would be with me in a moment. I told him I had an appointment booked with Cheri. He then told me that Cheri was off that entire day. While Ben took great care of my visit, I didnt think this was the most customer friendly way to start the service process with the call center rep not knowing who would be working or off that day. I looked at a car a few times and every time the customer service was very good. It was made clear to me that the employees were not on commission which made the dealing experience a positive one. Purchasing my car from Nalley Toyota of Roswell was the best experience I could have asked for. Three weeks before my purchase I had been in a car accident, totaled my car and had never gone through the ca best experience I could have asked for. Three weeks before my purchase I had been in a car accident, totaled my car and had never gone through the car buying process by myself. Life in general was very stressful having to balance regular day activities with the unplanned events around a wreck and car buying. After test driving many cars at various dealerships I narrowed my decision down to a 2011 Toyota Rav4. I knew the exact color, body style and price range I was willing to pay. My husband and I called Nalley telling them exactly what we were looking for and how much we were ready to pay. Nalley did not have the car in stock but offered to locate one and trade one of their units on lot with another dealership. I was thrilled with the extra steps they took so I could have the car..and color... I really wanted. Nalley did a great job establishing time lines around the delivery of my car, keeping the communication channel open and being a friendly and honest company to do business with. When my car came in I inspected the vehicle, test drove it and even wanted to drive it in darkness so I could test out the headlights. The Nalley of Roswell employees were very patient with me and provided an avenue for each of my "inspection oddities" so I could check off every possible thought/concern before officially purchasing the vehicle. I was happy with my experience, my selection and the pricing. I will return to Nalley of Toyota for future purchases. More
