We paid for our vehicle beginning June and given a temporary tag. Well, tag has expired. We live out of state and our DMV required a title with lien to register the car. Wondering why we haven't re temporary tag. Well, tag has expired. We live out of state and our DMV required a title with lien to register the car. Wondering why we haven't receive any paperwork, I made many calls for help that went unanswered for weeks. They just gave me the run-around without anything getting done. They always say the call back, but never do. Customer Service is out the door once these people get a hold of your money. Very Frustrating, save yourself heartburn and go somewhere else..... More
We started looking at Corrollas with the intent to purchase a new 2012. My wife had visited other dealerships to look and test drive and was pressured and almost threatened when she tried to leave. purchase a new 2012. My wife had visited other dealerships to look and test drive and was pressured and almost threatened when she tried to leave. I went to Nalley Toyota since I previously had good experiences with the Nalley Volvo service dept. The Toyota dealership was no different. Most times car buying you can't help but expect to feel like your entering a snakes den, but this time there was no need for being defensive. I found the salesmen helpful but not pushy. I came and went numerous times without any pressure to stay. I received followup phonecalls to my questions but nothing harrassing or desperate. When we finally purchased the car we found the negotiation and paperwork process easy and strangely enough... a little fun. I would definitely send friends back to Nalley with confidence their experience would be as good as mine. More
About two years ago, my wife and I were in the market for a new car. After doing research, we decided on a Toyota Highlander. We looked at the dealerships in the Louisville, KY area and were almost ready t a new car. After doing research, we decided on a Toyota Highlander. We looked at the dealerships in the Louisville, KY area and were almost ready to purchase when I saw Nalley Toyota of Roswell Georgia. We contacted the dealership and could not believe how great of a deal they offered. We traveled from southern Indiana to the Atlanta to pick up the car. We love it and had a great experience. Due to the experience we decided to look at Nalley again when our daughter needed a pre-owned car. They were able to find a great car. So again, we traveled to Nalley Toyota to pick up the car. Our daughter loves the car. I know it sounds strange to travel seven hours for a car but they had the best deal of all of the other dealerships that we contacted. The staff at Nalley are very friendly and they went above and beyond to help find a pre-owned car. I will always use Nalley for any car purchase in the future and will tell anyone that will listen to check them out before buying. They really are worth the seven hour trip! More
Carlos was excellent. Did a great job explaining the features of our Highlander and was not a pushy salesman. Very happy with him. The reason I give this dealer a three is three fold. 1) Sold a Toyot features of our Highlander and was not a pushy salesman. Very happy with him. The reason I give this dealer a three is three fold. 1) Sold a Toyota Warranty except it was not. It was a Fidelity Warranty. Got home, saw that, went back to the dealer and they took off the warranty. 2) Negotiated a price but then when I bought the car they added a $600 fee over and above the destination charge. Again, I noticed when I got home a little asterik that said the fee was not mandatory and was negotiable. The price I negotiated was off MSRP. They should not have added in this fee. I tried to get the $600 back but they told me everyone pays this fee. Asterik on contract tells me this is not true. 3)Toyota advertised zero percent financing, they would not give it to me unless I paid an extra $750 for the car. It is not zero percent financing if you have to pay $750 to get it. More
I live in Indiana and knew Dewayne from our college days (over 20 years ago). I wrote to him asking about a Toyota Prius, hoping he could give me some insight on buying one locally. The next thing I know, I (over 20 years ago). I wrote to him asking about a Toyota Prius, hoping he could give me some insight on buying one locally. The next thing I know, I had a Prius shipped to my house from Georgia. We did everything online and through email. This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. The car arrived in great shape and the service we received was incredible. I recommend this dealership to everyone. More
Purchased my first new car in 29 years. Kevin Kerth worked to find the vehicle I wanted at the price I was looking for. He did not pressure me to make quick decisions or hurry up. He answered questio worked to find the vehicle I wanted at the price I was looking for. He did not pressure me to make quick decisions or hurry up. He answered questions for me even after hours and on his days off. After our purchase, he walked me through the service area, introducing me to staff. He asked me if I ever had any difficulty in the service area to please contact him directly. Very pleasant experience. Other dealers either did not want to spend time with me at all when I drove up in a '95 Camry with paint peeling off it, or they tried to bait and switch me to higher priced cars when the vehicles they promised me over the phone were "hard to find or not available," or they tried to pressure me into signing a deal on the spot "to save me the trouble of having to come back again." I smelled a burning scent coming from the vehicle after the first test drive. I asked the Used car sales specialist John Daniels III, what was that smell? The Sales man advised us that the scent was probab the first test drive. I asked the Used car sales specialist John Daniels III, what was that smell? The Sales man advised us that the scent was probably from some cleaning chemical that was sprayed on the engine burning off, once the engine got hot. We asked to take another test drive, with the vehicle to see if we smelled the burning again, and we did. We asked the sales man to look into it. The sales man informed his manager,Jerry, who was standing outside when we pulled up, of the scent coming from the vehicle. After they both smelled the odor, the sales man told us that he would go ahead around the back and have the vehicle placed on the lift to see what was going on with it. We waited and the sales man came back and told us that everything was fine with the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle and left the dealership. When we got home, and parked the vehicle we smelled the same scent. My husband look under the vehicle and saw that it was wet, and dripping. We took it to our mechanic and he said that the gear box was leaking oil. The carfax, which we got from the dealer stated that they replaced the timing belt among other things. That would mean they had to have known about the leak. Also, when we asked for them to check out the truck on the lift they would have seen the oil leaking on the exhaust. THEY ARE LYING DECEIVING THIEVES! they refuse to give us back our money, and this was jus two days after buying the car. they were acting courteous on the first day, but when i brought the vehicle back with the problem, they didn't even offer me a bottle of water, and I was there with my two young children. I needed a headlight replaced quickly. I called they scheduled an appointment the same day, Cheri were ready to help me when I arrived. She told me the cost, accepted my coupon, called me when it was re scheduled an appointment the same day, Cheri were ready to help me when I arrived. She told me the cost, accepted my coupon, called me when it was ready and made the check out process quick and easy. What more can you ask of a service department. Cheri treated me like I was important. I will be back - heck, I have already been back - I told Cheri that I needed to scheduled maintenance on our Yaris and she worked me in to the schedule the next day. More
I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Sienna from Nalley Toyota. I live in Alabama, so doing business with Nalley meant a total of 7 hours of driving for me. The time spent driving was well worth it for the Toyota. I live in Alabama, so doing business with Nalley meant a total of 7 hours of driving for me. The time spent driving was well worth it for the price I received and the service from all of the employees. I called the day before regarding the van and Torii was very helpful in getting some preliminary numbers together so I would have an “out the door” price before making the trip. Just to be sure she had stated everything correctly (and so I would not waste my time travelling for nothing), she wanted her sales manager to also talk to me. Within 15 minutes of hanging up with Torii, two sales managers called me back within a couple minutes of each other. I spoke to Tyler who confirmed the price and that they would be able to accommodate my situation. Without me asking, Tyler also offered to take the vehicle off of the lot so that he could guarantee it would still be there the next day when I arrived. He did not have to do that, but it was obvious that he had my best interests in mind. When I arrived the following day, the van was sitting out front ready for me to look at. Additionally, when I walked in and gave them my name, they immediately knew why I was there and I did not have to explain everything again. Chanel immediately helped me view the vehicle and sped up my trade in appraisal so that I would not have to wait longer than necessary. Anthony came to meet with me about the numbers they were looking at. It was awkward for me, because I am so used to acting skeptical and negotiating with dealers- but at Nalley, their first offer was so close to what I wanted (they were roughly $300 away from my ideal numbers) that I didn’t have anything to argue with them about. Even after tax and fees, the OTD price of the van was still below invoice. Normally when a dealership advertises below invoice, they hit you with fees to bring the price up on the back end after they get you on the lot. That is completely not the case at Nalley. Their dealer fee was very reasonable, and as I stated before- the OTD price (even after tax) was still under invoice. Their offer on my trade in was also very fair and matched the KBB value for my vehicle- again they gave me nothing to haggle with them over. There was never any pressure in the entire process, and I always felt that they were genuinely interested in earning my business. As I said before, it was awkward (in a good way) because I couldn’t find anything to argue with them about in the negotiating process. It’s almost like they try to make it easy or something- what car dealership does that? I am genuinely pleased with every aspect of my experience at Nalley Toyota. I also communicated with one of Nalley’s competitors (World Toyota) and whereas the competitor would not even return my calls timely (or at all), Nalley did that and more to show me they wanted to earn my business. Price was my number one priority, but it was so refreshing to actually have great service along with a great price. It was well worth the 7 hours of driving I did in order to do business with them. I highly recommend looking at Nalley if you are in the market. More
