Came to Nalley shopping for a new truck. Bruce Sinkoe spent a lot of time with me and was most helpful throughout the process. Got a great truck at a great price! Ended up buying a new Prius as well. spent a lot of time with me and was most helpful throughout the process. Got a great truck at a great price! Ended up buying a new Prius as well. Do not waste your precious time with Nalley Toyota Roswell as other reviewer wrote. I had same exp. I locked the Internet price for 2012 Highlander, The Lady from Internet department sent me email con Roswell as other reviewer wrote. I had same exp. I locked the Internet price for 2012 Highlander, The Lady from Internet department sent me email confirming she will match the deal for same car with same MSRP even with same VIN actually which I was about to buy through other dealer. Reason I went to them was Car was at their dealership so I could get directly. In fact this dealer should have been able to do better but anyways. That Lady asked me to bring the email proof which I took with me. I had told her I dont want to waste my time I have 1 year old daughter and older parents with me. But Ohh I should have believed the review , I wasted 4 hours of my time. They bumped the price by 1000 and said there they cannot match it I asked them why they lied but they just said sorry, I wasted 4 hrs of my time who is going to pay for that. The Sales Manager was in fact rude to me. They refused for any me to meet with their General manager who had responded to other reviews. NO more Nalley ever looks like Nalley has this cheap trick, liars. They did not even think for a small 1 yrd old's trouble. My daughter got so cranky by the end of the day. Stay away from Nalley don’t waste your time my friends. More
My only problem was a windshield that I had gotten dirty on the inside when in a driving rain all of my windows suddenly fogged up and even the defrost would not clear it up. I had to use a retractible um on the inside when in a driving rain all of my windows suddenly fogged up and even the defrost would not clear it up. I had to use a retractible umbrella I had in the car to swipe the inside of the windows as I was driving. It got dirt on the windshield which was hard to clean off. The service person even had the windows re-cleaned before he let me drive off after my 40,000 miles service. Yesterday as I was driving, I still could not see perfectly clear. I do not think it is a fault of Toyota service, but I do not know for sure how I can get my inside windshield perfectly clear so I can see to drive at night without any glare, etc. Other than that, my car was expertly taken care of. My experience with Nalley and especially with Eric Guneysu was excellent. Eric was very helpful and I also enjoyed the part before the sale. I was an internet buyer and worked out the numbers prior to Guneysu was excellent. Eric was very helpful and I also enjoyed the part before the sale. I was an internet buyer and worked out the numbers prior to my visit. This made my experience even easier because I know going in to the deal what to expect. I also have to commend your finance person for the help I received. He was not pushy and he was very knowledgeable about his job. The other person I was extremely impressed with was Kevin Kerth. Kevin walked me through all the features of my Nav system. While it was very complicated, I Kevin made it simple and also told me to call if I had any questions. So far, I have called twice and true to his word, Kevin was very helpful. He didn't seem to mind my calling and was very courteous to me. I will certainly consider Nalley for my next vehicle purchasing experience, even though it is over 2 hours away from my current residence. Thank you. More
We paid for our vehicle beginning June and given a temporary tag. Well, tag has expired. We live out of state and our DMV required a title with lien to register the car. Wondering why we haven't re temporary tag. Well, tag has expired. We live out of state and our DMV required a title with lien to register the car. Wondering why we haven't receive any paperwork, I made many calls for help that went unanswered for weeks. They just gave me the run-around without anything getting done. They always say the call back, but never do. Customer Service is out the door once these people get a hold of your money. Very Frustrating, save yourself heartburn and go somewhere else..... More
We started looking at Corrollas with the intent to purchase a new 2012. My wife had visited other dealerships to look and test drive and was pressured and almost threatened when she tried to leave. purchase a new 2012. My wife had visited other dealerships to look and test drive and was pressured and almost threatened when she tried to leave. I went to Nalley Toyota since I previously had good experiences with the Nalley Volvo service dept. The Toyota dealership was no different. Most times car buying you can't help but expect to feel like your entering a snakes den, but this time there was no need for being defensive. I found the salesmen helpful but not pushy. I came and went numerous times without any pressure to stay. I received followup phonecalls to my questions but nothing harrassing or desperate. When we finally purchased the car we found the negotiation and paperwork process easy and strangely enough... a little fun. I would definitely send friends back to Nalley with confidence their experience would be as good as mine. More
About two years ago, my wife and I were in the market for a new car. After doing research, we decided on a Toyota Highlander. We looked at the dealerships in the Louisville, KY area and were almost ready t a new car. After doing research, we decided on a Toyota Highlander. We looked at the dealerships in the Louisville, KY area and were almost ready to purchase when I saw Nalley Toyota of Roswell Georgia. We contacted the dealership and could not believe how great of a deal they offered. We traveled from southern Indiana to the Atlanta to pick up the car. We love it and had a great experience. Due to the experience we decided to look at Nalley again when our daughter needed a pre-owned car. They were able to find a great car. So again, we traveled to Nalley Toyota to pick up the car. Our daughter loves the car. I know it sounds strange to travel seven hours for a car but they had the best deal of all of the other dealerships that we contacted. The staff at Nalley are very friendly and they went above and beyond to help find a pre-owned car. I will always use Nalley for any car purchase in the future and will tell anyone that will listen to check them out before buying. They really are worth the seven hour trip! More
Carlos was excellent. Did a great job explaining the features of our Highlander and was not a pushy salesman. Very happy with him. The reason I give this dealer a three is three fold. 1) Sold a Toyot features of our Highlander and was not a pushy salesman. Very happy with him. The reason I give this dealer a three is three fold. 1) Sold a Toyota Warranty except it was not. It was a Fidelity Warranty. Got home, saw that, went back to the dealer and they took off the warranty. 2) Negotiated a price but then when I bought the car they added a $600 fee over and above the destination charge. Again, I noticed when I got home a little asterik that said the fee was not mandatory and was negotiable. The price I negotiated was off MSRP. They should not have added in this fee. I tried to get the $600 back but they told me everyone pays this fee. Asterik on contract tells me this is not true. 3)Toyota advertised zero percent financing, they would not give it to me unless I paid an extra $750 for the car. It is not zero percent financing if you have to pay $750 to get it. More
