I usually give Nalley Toyota 5 stars, but not this time, unfortunately!!! Yes, I did go without an appointment. I arrived at 3:15 and was taken on the spot. I received a message that they are working on my unfortunately!!! Yes, I did go without an appointment. I arrived at 3:15 and was taken on the spot. I received a message that they are working on my car at 3:33 Then the recommendations at 4:13. After denying everything on the spot, I had to wait another 1 hour and half to get my car. I was getting antsy. I made it clear to the agent who was still checking others customers. I understand it has been busy, but for 2.5 hours to change the oil and have tires rotation took forever, especially that the previous time, it took less than an hour or had the time maximum! More
This place never ceases to amaze me with how GREAT the service is and well the service team communicates. No sure how Mr. Harrison (GM) trains his service team, but they have it nailed. I took the car there to get my tires checked as they shook while braking and at a certain speed. The issue was not fixed a d I was charged close to 500 for the work they did. Great Customer Service Advisor, very helpful and knows what I need. I was able to follow the service progress on-line so I knew exactly the progress and when to expect completion. Very clean service area what I need. I was able to follow the service progress on-line so I knew exactly the progress and when to expect completion. Very clean service area and waiting area. I have a closer Toyota dealership but I will go the extra miles to have my vehicle serviced correctly and courteously. Thanks Janet. More
My visit to Nelly Toyota this time was pleasant.
