We decided to try Marietta Toyota (NOT at Nalley Toyota of Roswell) as our first stop because of reviews. We weren't immediately greeted by a salesperson, even though they didn't have many customers, so we had to wait to be noticed by the manager, who then assigned a salesperson to us who didn't seem ready to help. They only had 2 Corolla LE's, one of which we test drove and didn't like because of some issues that we felt in the suspension. The other one hadn't even been checked in to their system yet, and it was pretty bare bones. We left because they basically told us they couldn't give us the price we wanted, not to mention the saleman couldn't remember any information we told him. (He was their Salesperson of the Month a few months ago, too.)The negotiation started at MSRP, even though the internet prices for the dealership were $3,500 lower. At Nalley Toyota of Roswell, we were immediately greeted by Andrea P, who took everything we said and tried to meet our needs. We were set on a silver or a slate color, and we wanted as little options as possible. She showed us two cars, one with extra options and the other one pretty basic. We test drove the one we wanted, which actually looked different on the interior from the one we test drove at Marietta because of the blue piping that Nalley had. I had noticed this online, but I wasn't sure if it was standard. Apparently, it is. We also noticed that Nalley had better tires and a much wider selection of cars than Marietta. The prices at Nalley Toyota were almost the price we were bargaining for at the other location, right off the bat. We didn't have to negotiate the price down from MSRP. Because of the sale, a huge amount was taken off before we even asked about prices. I took a print-out of the internet page just in case, but we didn't end up needing it. The car we wanted had carpet mats and ToyoGuard, and the price at Nalley was still a few hundred lower than the same car, which didn't have ToyoGuard, at Marietta. Andrea made the process of buying the car easy and fairly quick. We dealt with financing quickly since we paid in full, and the man who helped us was very professional and nice. The other thing about Nalley Toyota of Roswell that we liked was the barista. Aiden has incredible customer service, even though you don't pay for the food and drinks. He served us as if he were living off of tips and he made sure we were happy and didn't need anything else while we waited for our car. I wish Aiden were our server everywhere. They had lots of great TVs to watch, one at the barista area, which was nice. The size of the garage for maintenance was HUGE. They could probably work on 40 cars at the same time if they had the people to do it, which we obviously didn't use. As long as they have people on hand, service should be fast. Mall of Georgia Toyota can only fit around 8-10 from our experience there with another car. In general, the staff seemed knowledgeable, willing to work, and helpful. If you are looking to buy a car, I would highly recommend Nalley Toyota of Roswell, and ask for Andrea in our experience. She is new to Nalley Toyota of Roswell, but she's been working at car dealerships for a little while. She was a little nervous, I think, but who wouldn't be? She still knew everything she needed to know to help us. Price (by far), atmosphere, quality, and attitude were much more superior at Nalley Toyota of Roswell. More

I did business with them only because I felt they were trustworthy. I could pick up my car without worrying about whether I was getting a good price and economical and reliable car. I did research on the internet and knew exactly what I wanted and the price I would pay. They also offered the kind of service that I wanted. They matched my price and needs exactly without haggle or hassle. Since I was picking up the floor model, the service also checked the car was in best condition before handing it over to me and changed the battery without my asking. Maurice also spent lot of time going over how to use the screen and applications. More

I went there to buy New toyota camry LE after enquiring prices online and the price they told when i arrived there did not match and the reason they gave me is car is already sold out but then i did not understand why it was still available online. While i was there i saw there was one more customer who came for camry SE model after looking at the internet price and dealers were telling him it was a typo error and they should buy for the price they gave when he arrived there they are not responsible for typo error(its there dealership who updates those values online).Also when i asked them if they can do any better on the price which generally any buyer will ask, Mr.Davis was so rude and he was like this is the best discount you can get(which i believe is not true because i got car for almost same price at other dealer but he said he will deliver car after 2 days since he was already sold out of color which i wanted) and if you want to buy, you can buy or else you can leave without buying. Problem is not when the dealer says that's the best price they can do but that should be in a soft and friendly tone and not rude and harsh. I do not recommend anyone to go to this dealer, you can get same car at other dealers too and also there are other dealers out who can do a price match if you go with quote.Anyhow i did not buy car there and i think thats the best thing i did, because once you buy car with any dealer you are stuck for almost 3 yrs for service and stuff and if this is the kind of experience you get from them after you buy car too then you cannot do anything because you are stuck with that dealer. after all they are not giving you car for free or not discounting prices out of there pockets....Sad to say but worst customer service ever. More

He is very patient in explaining to us in details how amazing and technologically advanced the Prius V is. He is so honest in dealing with customer, very different from what we have experienced in the past. He also follow up with phone calls, email to make sure that the car is working properly after the sale and that we are satisfied with our new Prius V. Bad Experience Nalley Toyota of Roswell Sales person was ok after a few hiccups, but do not go to the dealership late. Poor customer service! Recently purchased a vehicle and through the sale, had a written agreement to have minor touch up work performed. They let us take it home that night, and after a couple of calls, finally was able to bring it back to them a week later to actually get it taken care of. Of course our salesman no longer works there, asked us to reach him but never handed us a business card. The manager of the used car department was finally reached and we were told he'd call in the morning to let us know when was best to bring it by. I called next day at 2pm and he had no clue who I was and had not remembered the call nor written anything down, but could tell I was aggravated and said it was fine to drop of that night. Low and behold he was going to be out again the next day so passed it on to another manager and was once again told we'd hear from him in the morning. Starting at 2pm, 4 salesmen and 4 1/2 hours later, I finally received a call back from the last one and was told that it was "being sprayed" and I asked would it be done today? Response: "it'll take as long as it takes" Worst experience and terrible customer service by all. I don't understand why this wasn't just passed along to the service department who might have a clue of what's going on instead of a bunch of salesmen who couldn't care less because it wasn't their sale! More details! To top it all off the loan papers come in, $1100 over what was signed in the contract! And of course the day I call, 4:30pm mind you... none of the 3 people are there amazingly! No call tomorrow, just an angry visit! More
My husband and I were in the market for a compact car for our daughter in college and after visiting two other dealerships we decided to look at a Toyota as we had owned them for twenty years. I must say we had not planned on buying a car our first visit but drove away in a new 2014 Corolla! It was the best buying experience of a new car that we have had. Richard greeted us warmly as we walked in and right away we could tell after speaking with him we could trust him. He was very knowledgable of the vehicles and their features and options and offered us a fair price with NO pressure! As a buyer when you walk in and receive kindness, knowledge, a fair price and no pressure you drive away with a new car satisfied! :-). I will recommend Richard Warren and Nalley Toyota to everyone! Our daughter was sooo surprised when we drove it to college and met her with the key!! She knew buy the key it was a Toyota! :-) May God continue to bless you Richard and Nalley Toyota!!
