We were very pleased with Kevin and would request his expertise and friendliness service again. Cheri Norry, Service Dept., is also a wonderful asset to your company. She's always upbeat, friendly and knows her job quite well. Last but not least is Ken Womack, Finance Mgr., who was also professional and very people oriented. The Best Car Shopping Experience !! I usually hate shopping for a new car but this time it was painless and pleasant! Everyone I came in contact with were really nice and seemed to care without being pushy .A really great experience, I would defiantly recommend this dealership. My daughter dealt with Richard a really nice professional young man. Aaron was our finance guy and was terrific. He had a great sense of Humor and rally made us feel special as if we were family. Horrible waste of time, horrible customer service I really hated the fact that I had to give them one star. Their service is worth less than one star. I've been dealing with this dealership for months I really hated the fact that I had to give them one star. Their service is worth less than one star. I've been dealing with this dealership for months trying to get out of them what they promised to use when we purchased a car from them. First of all, the advertised a car with features that it did not have. They claimed that they would make it right but did nothing but put us off and stall. We paid for a few things to be fixed when we purchased the car. Getting them to come through on this service was extremely difficult and then when they did do the work, they broke the part that they were "fixing" and then tried to hide it by supergluing it and not telling us. This is a freaking BMW. You don't superglue it and try to hide it... Out of the 40 or so times that they told me they would call me back over the months that I've been dealing with them, I received 1, yes 1 call back. These people do not care about you, all they want is your money and they will do and say whatever it takes to get it but then once they have it, you are worth nothing to them. The simple "service" that they did took WEEKS. There were periods of time when I called back after a week to find that the car had not even been touched and we were out of our car for absolutely no reason. Once I even arrived for scheduled service to find that no one had record of my appointment. I'd been ASSURED that I had an appointment! I could go on and on about how horrible this dealership is... Long story short, don't waste your time and save yourself the years of life that you will loose from the stress that this place will cause you. More
