A high line experience I went to the store not to purchase a Toyota, but to purchase a Porsche. My expirence at nelley toyota I will never recommend anyone to your dealership for business, because my experience with your sales rep, the way i was treated after signing the pape I will never recommend anyone to your dealership for business, because my experience with your sales rep, the way i was treated after signing the paper work shouldn't be the way business should be conducted, i work in an organization that 90 percent of the staff's drives toyota even my ambassador's car is a toyota, its happens I'm the protocol officer/ office manager and have 100 percent influence which dealership to do purchase of our official vehicles, i thought i found one but i was absolutely wrong by the way and manners i was treated by Mr Ajanic, all the things he promised to do including detailing the car was never done, and when ask i suddenly became a crazy man all in name of asking question about the vehicle i purchases, with a sign display outside Exceptional services that i didn't get, i feel very sad and disappointed.
