I’ve been dealing with Shawn Granville for approximately 2-3 yrs. Shawn always lets me know what is needed NOW, vs. what services can be put off until a later date, which is something I really appreciate, 2-3 yrs. Went to the Nalley Toyota dealership to purchase a good used car. I was sold a Kia Optima from their sister company (Nalley Kia). I didnt have the car a week before I started getting “check forward collisi used car. I was sold a Kia Optima from their sister company (Nalley Kia). I didnt have the car a week before I started getting “check forward collision assist system error” and one other error. I took the car back to the Toyota dealership and they took it next door to Nalley Kia. The manager at Kia told me that they would not repair it because I purchased it as is. Toyota of course told us that they are not responsible as they didn’t make money off the sale of the car. Almost $900 to repair. You would think that if you pay $12,000 for a car used or not from a large dealership like Nalley you would have a good running car and not have to pay money for repairs in the 2nd week owning the car. The dealership should be responsible. Warning: careful purchasing used cars from this dealership. If I could rate them a zero I would have. More
I had an amazing experience working with Taniqua McGregor as my service advisor! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care as my service advisor! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. She kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions with patience, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I was worried about my car and she even gave me a courtesy call to check on me and reassured me not to worry and get some rest. I did not know rodents could chew up wiring and she even recommended ways to ensure it does not happen again. I was told they did not have any loaner or rental cars when I called and Taniqua ensured I was able to get one while my car was serviced for a day. Nalley Toyota Stonecrest did the repair quickly as well and my car was as good as new. Taniqua deserves service advisor of the year. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Taniqua is definitely one of them. If you need top-notch service, she’s the one to see! More
