I had a very disappointing experience with this dealer. I purchased a car that was supposedly in excellent condition and had just been serviced, but shortly after buying it, I realized that was not true. They told me the car had brand new tires — that was a lie. Three weeks after the purchase, I hit a curb and the tire was completely damaged. A technician confirmed the tire was not new. 2. They claimed the oil and filters had been changed, but that was also false. 3. I was charged $600 for a so-called “certification,” yet the car had severely worn brake pads, almost no brake fluid, and spark plugs that needed replacement. 4. The car was delivered looking like it had just been wiped down with a rag — no real inspection or detailing was done. I felt completely misled and taken advantage of. Do not buy from this place without having the vehicle thoroughly inspected by your own trusted mechanic. These practices are unethical and put customers’ safety at risk. More

They offered me a fair price for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unli 4Runner Trailhunter. Can't say enough good things about Alysha, Chris and Joshua. They offered me a fair price for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited and a nice "no dealer markup" deal on the 4Runner. MUCH better deal than another unnamed Atlanta Toyota dealer. Got appointment 11:40am but and got there 11:35am and they say today will be busy because holiday so everyone want to get their car service so is will have to wait 3 hours for my turn. Took my car in for factory recommended maintenance. New vehicle with 17k miles. Service rep said I needed to replace all 4 tires and do an alignment. Tires are rated for 25-30k miles and tread on rear tires well above 2/32” required before replacement for all 4. Unfortunately you can’t just drop your vehicle off here and expect to get fair quotes. Do your homework before accepting their recommendations. More
