At Nalley Lexus, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we are sorry that our customer is not 100% satisfied with his recent purchase. We do not agree with his allegations however. Our policy is to provide a full history report with every used vehicle purchase, and we did so here. Our customer purchased a 12 year old vehicle, and the vehicle history report did not report any body damage like he claims. Shortly after he purchased the vehicle, our customer’s vehicle damaged when a thief broke into it. Our customer now claims there was undisclosed prior damage to the vehicle. However, he has refused to bring the vehicle to us to inspect the alleged body damage, which forces us to conclude the his claim of prior damage is false, or at least, extremely minor. Because the vehicle has not been titled to our customer yet, we also offered to cancel his purchase and take the vehicle back. He refused both offers and says he intends to keep the vehicle. We ask that this negative review be removed or disregarded because 1) the vehicle history report shows no damage; 2) our customer declined our request to inspect the alleged damage; and 3) the customer refused our offer to cancel the purchase and wishes to keep the vehicle.

It is true the side window was broken and some personal property stolen but that has nothing to do with the major body damage The police took pictures so its helpful that the dealership has now sought to blame another party.. Only the window was broken and totally unrelated to the major body repair which included damage to right rear quarter panel, their replacing the bumper cover with a cheaper replacement, the trunk deck not being properly repaired and all of it bonded and repainted...and yet they claim there was no body damage when I purchased the car. What is helpful about Nalleys response is their digging deeper (or doubling down). This dealerships response does show their willingness to continue to mislead by writing things like they asked me to bring the car in.....they never asked me to bring the car in and instead simply denied it. They use the car fax concept as a false crutch. The damage was not reported and processed by an insurance company hence no report, but this dealership made the undisclosed repairs. Fortunately, I took the car to a few really good shops who all verified the damage, showed me in depth repairs of body damage (done poorly) and more important than anything, they all confirmed it would be impossible for a full sized large dealership with a full service shop and four of their own body shops to miss the damage even if it was not repaired by this dealer (which it was). Thank you Nalley for presenting here just how dishonest your dealership truly is...more to follow.
