I'm not sure what to even do at this point... so until i get a answer I will write bad reviews everyday until this is handled. This is the worst service after the ale I've seen in my entire life... Advised the 3 people who responded to my inquiry through Truecar I was only going to test drive a certain model used car with the best price. Asked to get the final price confirmed in writing. Invoice sent, confirmed, so agreed to test drive and if no issues identified by independent mechanic, to purchase. Downhill from there. Invoice had added tinted window charge and interior protection totaling additional 1200. I asked why it was added after a firm price was confirmed, that didn’t include those additions. Answer: it’s just easier to discuss in person. Pointed to the price agreed on as final and said it was deceitful to bait and switch. Answer: I did give you the final price of the car. These are charges for products ON and IN the car. Finance documents did not credit the 1,000.00 deposit. Had to request refund. Several pages of repairs needed given to me after I signed and put down pymt of 8K down. My FICO score was excellent the day before; I was told it was 590 when they ran it, so of course interest rate was 13%. Refused to replace floor mats, then agreed to fed ex 4 days ago but still not received, no tracking #. Repairs report said emissions test done; finance mgr said not in system and told me to go to get emissions and send to them and they would refund me. No Buyers Guide or detailed specs provided. Had to ask for after I got home. Incredibly stressful and draining experience. NEVER will I step back into that place. More
Wanted to purchase through Costco auto program. Had a car in mind, submitted application. Finance people never called me. Then I got a call from the sales guy saying the car is being showed later today. It was sold. Incompetent finance people. Just greedy sharks. I guess that’s why there are places like Carvana and Carmax so you don’t have to deal with xxxxxxxx like this. More
Our salesman was great but the dealership in general is lacking customer service skills. I have called the finance manger and he wont return my calls. He missed two items in our signing and I have given him everything he ask for. I have left a voicemail for the GM and he hasnt returned my call. I have sent emails and left messages and No one at this dealership wants to help you. They all pass the buck and blame someone else. Do NOT buy from them!! More
THE WORST LEXUS DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE!! I only reason that I bought lexus was because I heard their service is amazing, but the service manager in this location (his name is Suldjio) showed me that’s a b that I bought lexus was because I heard their service is amazing, but the service manager in this location (his name is Suldjio) showed me that’s a biggest lie ever! They changed my dash which was a recall and I waited almost 2 years for them to finally do it for me and messed up my steering wheel and I was about to get into a really bad accident because of it. Then I had to tow the car back to them to see what they did messed up. They checked the car and said the problem is the battery, They changed the battery and charge me for it then as soon as I picked up my car same problem happened again I had to tow the car back to them for the second time! They had my car for 20 days couldn’t fix it, they asked for another $700 to change the sensor and they said if you don’t bring the loaner back today we will call the police on you even tho my car still is not fixed!! I told him that I’m hospital and I can’t come I even sent him a photo of where I was and he didn’t even care at all! I still think Lexus a really good company but unfortunately I guess they don’t care about the people that they hire or people that they buy their cars otherwise this shouldn’t be happening right now!
