We came in for an education on the Lexus product, and left as new Lexus owners. I would have to say it was a completely phenomenal experience. If you've been to many dealerships you know what I am talking about. Every one we met was great wit the most exceptional being our salesperson Larry Guarcello. Not only did he spend an extraordinary amount of time with us, he even came in to do the delivery on his day off at the great peril of being late for a dinner date with his wife. Truly a great salesman that realizes how people need and deserve to be treated. Highly recommend this dealership whether you are looking to get an education on the Lexus brand or purchase a Lexus product. We chose the LS600h L over the BMW 750Li and Mercedes S-class. The first person I spoke with was Ms. Kristen. She was great and her customer service was superb. The other 2 gentlemen that I dealt with were George and Roger Luke. With it being George's birthday, he ha great and her customer service was superb. The other 2 gentlemen that I dealt with were George and Roger Luke. With it being George's birthday, he had to rush out. With that said, the last hour of my buying experience was rushed. In addition, it pays to listen when you are in a Customer Service position. For example, when George called me to see if I was on my way, I assured him that I was in route. Then I asked for your hours of operation. His response was lets not base our meeting on that, it's my Birthday and I'm trying to get out of here. With all due respect, his birthday was not my concern. I asked a specific question and I wanted a specific answer. I was contiplating a large purchase and would have appreciated his undivided attention. When speaking with Roger, I noticed an attitude change when I questioned the carfax report. At this point and going forward he became very short with me. In my opinion, he became very unprofessional. He only offered 1 word answers to my questions and his demeanor changed from "hey lets do business" to "please get out of my office". I brought this to his attention as the atmosphere was getting very uncomfortable for me. He apologize and stated that it had nothing to do with me. Right.....However, whether it did or did not have anything to do with me, that completely killed the mood and made me extremely uncomfortable. There were several times during the buying process that I was very close to getting up and leaving as there were several salesman calling me regarding a Navigator and I could have chosen either of them. If it had not been for the professionalism of Ms. Kristen, I would have walked. Granted, I understand that it was George's birthday, but it was not my fault that he was working on his birthday. That's something that he should have discussed with his manager as opposed to rushing me out the door. I can also understand Roger not wanting to discuss the carfax report with me, however if that was the case, it should not have been presented to me. In closing, please allow me to say that the facility was very clean and I was greeted with kindness and a smile when I walked in. More
Klaus was a very friendly, knowledgeable sales person, without being pushy. He was patient while we test drove several vehicles before making a decision. We were in the market for a new SUV for my wife and did quite a bit of research online before hitting the dealerships. We drove many different models of SUVs and finally drove the one we eventually purchas quite a bit of research online before hitting the dealerships. We drove many different models of SUVs and finally drove the one we eventually purchased from Nalley Lexus, a Toyota 4Runner. My wife found the vehicle online and we went to the dealership to test drive it and see from there. Barry came out and greeted us (like any car salesman would do) but he was different than many car salesmen we've dealt with in the past. He was friendly, comforting, helpful, and firm but not pushy. I don't deal with pushy car salesmen, they give me a sour taste in my mouth and make the car buying experience a dreadful one. Barry was not like this at all!!! If we need another vehicle (hopefully not in the near future) we will start with Nalley Lexus of Roswell. Barry was a joy to deal with and he really went the extra mile to make the deal work. We traded in a vehicle as part of the deal, and that experience could not have been easier. After Barry, we worked with George on the financing and he was fully knowledgable and very helpful when it came to explaining our financing and warranty options. George worked hard to get us the best interest rate possible by looking at many lenders. We got an incredible rate and walked out of there feeling like we made a great choice (and we most certainly did!). Nalley Lexus of Roswell is blessed to have George and Barry on staff and we will certainly shop with them again. More
Traditionally I dread the entire "Car Dealer" experience but Charles Cook and the entire team at Nalley Lexus were professional and engaging. I had two small (but very irritating) problems with my Lexus. I didn't have an appointment, and I arrived at the service dept. late in the day, not knowing if they would even see me. Joel went way beyon Lexus. I didn't have an appointment, and I arrived at the service dept. late in the day, not knowing if they would even see me. Joel went way beyond the call of duty by helping me get my car issues addressed (nail in tire which made it leak, and a faulty door handle). I was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes -- all because of Joel. The great service at this particular dealership is one of the big reasons we've purchased 3 cars from them. More
