I am very particular about the smallest details and I made Jim go back and forth to the manager to get answers for the most nitpicky questions and he was enthusiastic about that and made an extra effort to assure me I wasnt being difficult and that he cared about what I wanted and wanted me to be happy. I think thats a really rare quality for a sales guy and his attitude is probably what ultimately made me change me mind from being set on a BMW since well before I could drive, to having me driving a Lexus within a matter of days--and I feel really good about the decision. If all sales guys could take a course taught by Jim, there is no doubt they would be more successful. It might also be worth mentioning that Im only 24 (buying alone without parents). Jim and the other people I talked to at Lexus were the only people out of all the dealerships I visited while car shopping that didn't seem to immediately discredit me as not being a serious buyer... assuming I'm just some kid walking around wishing he could afford a BMW and wasting their time with questions. Not only did Jim show me respect, but he seemed to give me an extra break knowing that this was one of the biggest purchases of my life thus far. More

Charles is a friendly and patient man who made great effort to address my specific needs. Charles and his staff went out of their way to make the deal come to fruition. Unfortunately Nalley Lexus did effort to address my specific needs. Charles and his staff went out of their way to make the deal come to fruition. Unfortunately Nalley Lexus did not have the exact model and trim I was looking for at their location. Most dealerships usually become dismissive about selling cars that aren’t on their lot. However Charles took the time to find a car with the exact specifications I was looking for at another location. They had it professionally transported from another dealership and allowed me to drive an IS250 demo car with a full tank of gas until it arrived. Charles did a great job of keeping me informed regarding the progress of the car’s delivery. I also want to thank Charles for personally being available at any hour to address my concerns. Upon delivery of the vehicle I could tell that Charles ensured that the car was detailed immaculately. I am very pleased with the overall experience and I hope to continue to do business with Nalley Lexus in the future. More

I purchased my '07 Lexus ES new at South Atlanta based on a referral to a sales associate at that dealership. I live on the north side of town, however, and have not used South Atlanta for service. I used independent service centers for a coule of years due to their low price and proximity to my house. About a year ago I decided to try out the Nalley service department to complete some routine service requirements. Despite what I would call a premium price, they deliver an excellent overall customer experience. Specifically, I have been able to develop and maintain a relationship with Service Consultant Joel Hughes. Joel is simply fantastic in terms of his professionalism and product knowledge. I feel like he is truly an advisor in terms of maintaining my car, which I use extensively for professional purposes. In summary, Joel exceedingly delivers the value I have come to expect from my auto maintenance provider. More
