I love my Kia Soul and Clive made it happen! The team did a great job. I came in to take a look at the Kia Soul, maybe test drive it and see if I liked the way it felt. I was initially interested in a used one, and I felt a bit unsure about the price and everything at first. Clive and Ali assured me that a test drive wouldn't hurt. They also expalained the pros and cons of a new or used car. After my test drive, I was still hesitant but Clive and my husband told me to let them run the numbers. Clearly in the end I brought my car..I absolutely love it. The Kia team I had did a great job, they did everything to get me what I wanted. Thanks Clive, Marniqua and Ali. You rock!!! More

I was disappointed in the length of time it took to finalize the deal, start to finish over 4 hours with 3 of those hours waiting on paperwork and to get in with one of the finance officers. I am hopeful that if I choose to use this dealer to service our new Soul, we do not run into the same "sense of urgency" issues. More

I walked in with a 2003 Ford Explorer and left with a 2015 KIA Forte!!!!! BEWARE OF UNETHICAL BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had the same experience as Bless25. We went in pre-approved with a 2.93 APR and were told by the credit manager that our pre-approval rating was in We had the same experience as Bless25. We went in pre-approved with a 2.93 APR and were told by the credit manager that our pre-approval rating was incorrect and invalid. He told us that he contacted our financial institution directly and produced a document, that he said came from them, showing a 6.41 APR. He then tried to pressure us into signing this document and we refused. My husband called our financial institution and they confirmed our 2.93 APR with the credit manager at which point he left the office without so much as an explanation or apology. He was caught red handed, blatantly lying and trying to deceive us!!! Then the GM comes in to discuss our options and was rude, arrogant and unconcerned about our complaint with the credit manager. His only solution was for us to sign the bogus documentation with the incorrect APR of 6.41, if we wanted to take the car. After being there for 6 hours, pre-approved, we walked away upset and frustrated due to the unethical business practices of the GM. The salesman, Carlton Foreman was honest, professional and a pleasure to work with despite the lack of support from his management team. DO NOT FALL FOR THE UNETHICAL BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! More
Very Very Bad Customer Service We went to purchase a car 6 days ago with an excellent credit score that qualify us for all the incentives except the college discount. Everything was coming along until the credit manager Winston Webb came into the salesman office trying which we could not understand why and made a very rude comment. By the time we got to his office credit manager Winston Webb it went down hill from there he bait and switch with the interest rate when we qualify of the lowest possible rate available since we did not fall for it he was rude and we decided to leave due to the UNETHNICAL process which upset us. As we were leaving Justin brought GM Farouk out to speak with us he acted very unconcern about what happen did not try to resolve the issue and allow us to leave upset. Recommend everyone to call KIA Corporate office with any complaints 1-800-333-4542 for this dealer/GM Farouk does not care about anyone.. KIA need to know if their product not being represented properly. More
