I was trying to replace my auto after being in a terrible accident. I had never purchased a car online. Not to mention sight unseen. I was going through such an emotional aftermath from the accident and was a very vulnerable target for deception. These people were so good to me. Gordon was exceptionally kind. His last priority was selling me a car. HIs first priority was being a wonderful mentor and simply being uplifting to a person he could tell was in so much emotional pain. This was something outside of his job and so very few people would have taken this time. I remain very grateful. From a car purchasing perspective, it was straightforward. They quickly led me to the auto I was wanting to replace. The communication and attention to detail was awesome. The price was fair with non of that xxxxxx business most of us are familiar with when buying a car. Everyone has been courteous respectful and HONEST!!!!! I was so apprehensive when it came to finalizing everything. Susan Chow was outstanding. She was patient (even after my 1000th call ) and reassuring. My car was delivered immediately (and I live 5 hours away from the dealership )with everything that was promised . I love it more than the car I replaced. My experience could not have been better especially under the circumstances. I have recommended Nalley to anyone interested in infiniti. The car saved my life. I rate my buying experience as excellent. Darryl was knowledgeable about the car, open to demonstrating that the vehicle was being sold at a fair market price, was not offended by questions that I asked knowledgeable about the car, open to demonstrating that the vehicle was being sold at a fair market price, was not offended by questions that I asked, was conversant on financial matters and inquired of the dealership's financial expert when he did not know the answer. He was also very willing to present my concerns with the vehicle to his support team/managers without being condescending. Overall, it was just a pleasant experience that did not leave me feeling as if I was taken advantage of by slick sales tactics. I also appreciate the consulting time I spent with Gordon Shiflett who understood what my budget was and searched for a vehicle that met my requirements. I was in the market for a 2011 which proved to be n/a with the features I wanted and Gordon was able to find a 2010 that met my criteria. Gordon was not available on Saturday when I visited as he had become ill and left work prior to my arrival. I appreciate the fact that Gordon called me today to ensure that I was satisfied and taken care of. The Nalley of Decatur dealer was a joy to work with on our "new" used QX56. They had a beautiful vehicle and worked with us on price.
