Luckily a lady t-boned me a week later and totaled it. I came back trying to be a loyal customer, and bought another newer BMW 05/27/17. 6 days later it has a coolant leak. I hope Nalley makes this right...but I'm doubtful! Please if you value your money, do not go here!! More

After 40 minutes on the phone with the receptionist making sure they had the tires in stock, I confirmed the appointment for Friday morning. I requested a loaner car even though she assured me that the service would take less than two hours. That afternoon my husband still had not heard anything and gave them a call they told him that they did not have the tires in stock but were able to get them in. Once they arrived, the tires were stolen out of the shop. They told him that the car would be ready on Monday. Monday afternoon my husband still had not heard from them and made a few phone calls to the service department only to be told they were all too busy to give him an update on my car. On Tuesday morning I call d and left a message for Tim the manager to call me back. He did call and after I explained our issue he told me that they were moving soon and didn't know what happened. He not once apologized or said that he would look into the issue. I asked him to call my husband when the car was ready and he didn't but had someone else do it. When my husband picked up my car and paid over $1100, not one word was said about his service or the length of time it took. Infiniti, you have lost a customer for life. More

Amazing I initially called over the phone and spoke with a salesman Yohance and told him what I was looking for. He told me to come in. When I was getting out I initially called over the phone and spoke with a salesman Yohance and told him what I was looking for. He told me to come in. When I was getting out of my car, he was meeting me in the parking lot! "Hi nice to meet you Tiffany he, said", I was immediately impressed. Yohance had already pulled out 2 q50 3.0t that I was intrested in. We test drove both. I was really amazed at the patience and time he took with me because I'm VERY picky but he didn't mind at all. Everyone was friendly including the finance department. They worked hard to get me where I wanted to be at. When I was told I had to leave out a few options I declined the deal. The next day, Yohance called me and said, "I'm working hard to get you all the options you want". The next thing I know the General manager was calling me personally and told me I could get the deal I wanted! Yohance had went to the GM!!!! He was amazing! I would recommend the dealership and Yohance to anyone! More

Josh went worked hard getting me financed and called me two days ago giving me a better deal/APR than the original. They made my first time car buyimg experience exceptionally tasteful. I cant wait to come back and buy again from these guys. Great customer service and made me feel great about my buy. Thank you a lot. I love my new car!!!! More

I was in the market for a QX60. I found the one I wanted at Nalley Decatur. After two days of haggling (the Internet price is not the final price) we agreed on a reduced price and reduced financing option. I went to my bank to make sure the terms were good. Something was odd. My bank's rate was lower than Nalley but my bank's payment was higher. I called and asked to see the paperwork from our verbal agreement. Surprise, surprise they had added 3 months to the term. I called Ken the sales manager. Initially he tried to blame me for not asking specifically about the terms. When that tactic did not work he got off the phone and called back a few minutes later with numbers at our original agreement. We agreed that I would pick the car up today in a few hours. Two hours later they called announcing that it had been sold to someone else. I will never do business with them again. If you choose to please pay special attention to the financing terms watch for the bait and switch. Very stressful experience. Run!! More
