When I finally came inside (I'd waited in the vehicle since previously I was met there by an employee so I thought that was SOP), a very gracious young female employee, who was waiting on someone else, asked Zain to help me and he did so, but seemed a bit 'bothered'. I felt he should have worn gloves when he entered the vehicle & that his whole demeanor was a bit aloof. More

I had an issue with my QX80 and they worked tirelessly to help me resolve the repair at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. We have been working on this during the Corona Virus quarantine and they got in me in loaner car to ensure we had safe transportation while we waited for parts to arrive and the work to be completed. The service team, particularly Shawhib Ghulam Reza, has been great about keeping me updated, helping me get the right repair at the best price, and making sure that I am aware of the timeline and the cost. I will continue to have them take care of my car - they do the best job! More

He prepared all the paperwork prior to our arrival and had everything ready to go. His communication made put us at ease about doing a transaction over the distance. The dealership experience is also very relaxing with no pressure and exceeded expectations. I would encourage anyone interested in a trade or a purchase to reach out to Charles and allow him to work out something for you. More

Hold onto your wallet with a pair of pliers. Originally purchased a 2016 Q60 from Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta. Vehicle encountered undercarriage damage while on a trip that damaged the fuel tank. Originally purchased a 2016 Q60 from Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta. Vehicle encountered undercarriage damage while on a trip that damaged the fuel tank. Nalley technicians and service advisor stated that it was unsafe to drive. We decided to shop cars while we were there to consider trading in our Q60 and demonstrate loyalty to the dealer. We saw a 2018 QX30 advertised by Nalley and began negotiating a possible car deal. The QX30 was offered to us at full sticker price and although we had a credit score above 750, we were offered a rate that appeared to include dealer interest points, which if you're unfamiliar is a slick dealer trick where they tell you that you're offer is several points higher than it actually is, resulting in the dealer making a couple of thousand extra dollars over the term of your financing that is actually dealer profit and not the cost of borrowing money. We were then treated to the equivalent of an outright slap in our face by the finance individual, who added $1048 for Resistol treatment package to the already quoted price of the vehicle. If a car has a stated advertised price, then any additions are an add-on and yet the finance person's response was that the package had already been added to the vehicle. In our opinion, the finance person outright lied to us about the Resistol package and it highly likely doesn't even exist on the vehicle, yet we were charged for it. Nalley Infiniti merely suspected that because of the damage to our Q60 that we were caught between a rock and a hard place and selling us a vehicle was going to represent the largest windfall profit that they could obtain in selling us the vehicle. The car, in fact, had just been traded to a secondary dealer the same day and mysteriously was not collected by Nalley and returned to the dealership until after financing paperwork was completed, more accurately within only 10 minutes of signing the deal. That's what you can expect from Nalley Infiniti when you offer your dealer loyalty. They will absolutely take you to the cleaners in our opinion. Nalley then began a campaign of spamming our email with thousands of dollars in "required" services and specials that all together spell nothing more than a corporate driven enterprise out to squeeze the very last dollar from your wallet as a customer searching for a vehicle. Our unswerving opinion is that you shop anywhere but Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta for your vehicle purchase. There are many Infiniti dealers within the Atlanta area that can offer a far more equitable car deal in our opinion and provide you with far better negotiation of your trade-in vehicle, as well as protect you from add-ons at the finance center and dealer interest points being tacked onto your car deal. Take it from a couple who learned their lesson the hard way. Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta, in our opinion, is the epitome of why car dealers hold such a surly reputation. More

Unbelievable Wow where should I start first of all my sales lady Lydia was great but it stops there I drove 2.5 hours to do business with nalley but it was not wor Wow where should I start first of all my sales lady Lydia was great but it stops there I drove 2.5 hours to do business with nalley but it was not worth it .battery dies in car after a week for unknown reasons then liftgate foot control does not work get that fixed and schedule underbody lighting for the next week 2.5 hours one way get lights on got in car to leave no gas in car that was promised ok get home that night notice lights underneath will not go off wow no attention to detail. They come get car to repair because I refuse to drive 5 hours round trip for their mistake , promised a tank of fuel again and cleaning ,car comes back completely filthy less than one gallon of gas left in tank and freaking MM's candy all in my floorboard and between seats where the delivery driver was snacking in my brand new car chocolate mashed in my floor mats wow I mean I'm just in awe hopefully I won't ever be in situation where I have to visit this place again I'm DONE More

The bottom line is we would up with a lovely car that did not have the safety features we thought were a part of the sale. We would have simply done an add on but that was not possible. Hence we wound up deciding to trade the car we just bought 7 weeks earlier, Part of the confusion was in the test drive where we were somewhat led to believe the features were on both. In addition thinking both were 2019s we were surprised (after the sale) to learn one was a 2017 which explains some of the comparison issue, Sadly, we should have just walked out and did not. We waited and waited and waited because they had our keys. Do not fall for this. Never the less. We worked with another dealer to sell the Nalley QX30 and purchase a new QX50 appointed they way we wanted. There are lots of good Infinity Dealers to choose from where I am sure you will have a great experience. More

We finally ended up paying more price than what was agreed upon initially. Very pathetic services he is offering to customers. We will never buy anything from this showroom in future and let our friends not to buy from here.we recommended everyone to be careful while buying from this showroom. More
