I have been using the service at this location every since I purchased my vehicle. This last visit was a very unpleasant experience. I scheduled my vehicle for some manufacturer extended warranty work 2 since I purchased my vehicle. This last visit was a very unpleasant experience. I scheduled my vehicle for some manufacturer extended warranty work 2 weeks beforehand, brought the vehicle in, just be told the parts needed to be ordered. 1st issue, why weren't the parts ordered when I scheduled it for service? 2nd issue, the had to be kept for a couple of days, but no loaner provided. 3rd issue, I live over an hour away from the dealership and to use rideshare to/from the facility. 4th issue, vehicle still has the problem I wanted diagnose. In fact, it appears the vehicle runs worse after servicing. I'm not sure if it's related to the work performed but the end result is performance is degraded. More

This rating is solely based on customer service from Asif. Sometimes the technicians don't get everything right the first time, but as a service advisor Asif holds the shop accountable for me. I only do business with this dealership because of positive customer experience with Asif. He is thorough, considerate, accommodating, and attentive. 12/10. The dealership itself is nice. Snacks are available in the waiting area. Clean rest rooms. I purchased my vehicle here, but looks like my sales guy has moved on so I can't recommend a specific sales person. More
