We wound up in a car that did not meet our needs Our 15 year old G35 Infinity died and Nalley was holding it. We went to them to buy a car. The bottom line is we would up with a lovely car that did not have the safety features we thought were a part of the sale. We would have simply done an add on but that was not possible. Hence we wound up deciding to trade the car we just bought 7 weeks earlier, Part of the confusion was in the test drive where we were somewhat led to believe the features were on both. In addition thinking both were 2019s we were surprised (after the sale) to learn one was a 2017 which explains some of the comparison issue, Sadly, we should have just walked out and did not. We waited and waited and waited because they had our keys. Do not fall for this. Never the less. We worked with another dealer to sell the Nalley QX30 and purchase a new QX50 appointed they way we wanted. There are lots of good Infinity Dealers to choose from where I am sure you will have a great experience. More

Once the quote is finalized, we agreed upon the package they offered. He removed one of the service from our final pricing quote without informing us.He should keep his promises made to customers without giving rough time to them. We finally ended up paying more price than what was agreed upon initially. Very pathetic services he is offering to customers. We will never buy anything from this showroom in future and let our friends not to buy from here.we recommended everyone to be careful while buying from this showroom. More

false advertising, not honoring deal they wrote after i purchase 4 g series and 4 fx or qx 70 series and maxima and 4 titan trucks in this dealership this guy came with cheap stories about 3rd part after i purchase 4 g series and 4 fx or qx 70 series and maxima and 4 titan trucks in this dealership this guy came with cheap stories about 3rd party co. mistake. after i did confront him with the deal he started to be very RUDE to me and my wife. my English is not best but i'm not stupid like he thinks about me. I'm so disappointed with his approach and behavior. he should not represent this dealership, and work with customers due his attitude. More
Awful experience I hate to have my time wasted and it is even worse when it happens on a large value transaction. I was put in touch with Bruce Collard via an internet I hate to have my time wasted and it is even worse when it happens on a large value transaction. I was put in touch with Bruce Collard via an internet inquiry and he followed up with an email and phone call. During my first phone call I asked him what type of financing rate was available for someone with good credit. His answer should have sent me packing, as he said he had no idea. He said something about it being too hard to keep up on it. I find it hard to believe that a sales person doesn't know about current interest rates but I let that comment pass. I told Bruce what I was looking for and that if they could provide it, then I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. I was clear that I did not want to be told that they could find a deal with a payment I wanted only to have me show up at the dealer with a different price. I consider my time valuable and dislike having people waste it. Further, I told him I would fill out a credit application to make the process quicker and to show my good faith in moving forward. I did complete the application. I then replied to his email with all of the information regarding the vehicle I wanted to trade. After a few hours, he told me he never got my email. I sent it again and waited. He told me again he did not get my email. It is 2018 - how hard is it to get information via email. As it turned out he told me that his email was actually going to someone else, despite the email address showing his name and supposedly having been sent by him to me. After 5 or 6 hours he sends a text with a different email address and asks me to send the information to this address. By this point, I had had enough. How difficult should it be to purchase a vehicle - this type of experience is why I dislike purchasing cars. However, I probably would not have written this review except that I got an email from Bruce last evening that just stunned me. When I told him that I was done speaking with him about purchasing a vehicle he texted me to ask why? I told him that he made the process too difficult and he and Nalley Infiniti needed to read the business book "The Effortless Experience". He then sent me an email and wrote that they had a decision on the deal we are discussing and asked, "don't you want to know what the answer is?" I couldn't believe he tried to be coy with the transaction. Is purchasing a car really a game? Apparently, Bruce Collard and Nalley Infiniti think so.I actually wanted to write this email to the owner and General Manager of the dealership. However, neither person is listed on the website. I found that odd, as typically top managers are accessible to assist with problems, but then wondered if that is by design given how poor my experience was. I recommend you stay away. More

Bad Response and No REsponse If I could give them 0 stars I would. First, I did get the car I wanted. I had checked everything but the brakes which were in horrible condition. It's the one thing that does not come up in the car fax. And the quick test run didn't show any indication of brake failure which happened about five days after purchase. So get those brakes checked and DON'T buy a used car from them until you get the brakes replaced or don't buy the car!!!! I tried to see if they would take care of after my purchase, but guess what? There was ZERO response. They wouldn't pick up the phone, return my call or anything. Second, DON'T buy the warranty package. I tried to get the brakes fixed, but they were not covered nor was anything else. The warranty is awful. Very little and very specific items if anything are covered - so bon't buy it!!! You will end up paying for all repairs anyway. Don't let them bully you or wear you down to buy it. NO! Third, once I realized nothing was being covered, I canceled it. Now I am owed a refund that NO ONE will respond to or tell me when I am getting my check. It's now been one whole month and I'm getting crickets. This may end up going to lawyers and a very public bad review if they don't resolve it. I hate giving bad reviews but my experience has been terrible. I'm giving this review to every site so people can read it. I'm very sorry and I hope this helps someone out. More
