I would NEVER purchase a car from this dealership. I purchased my first car in 2019. During that time I was lied to by the sales rep who told me my car had remote start. That was an important feature I purchased my first car in 2019. During that time I was lied to by the sales rep who told me my car had remote start. That was an important feature when I was upgrading to a more expensive car. By time we were leaving it was dark, and the car was waiting right outside for me already started and ready to go. When I got home I realized and immediately called. The dealership added the remote start after being caught in a lie. I realized after a short time that I preferred to upgrade to the Lux version of my car. I ended up trading my car. For about a $60k car they did not do their new car delivery and had not filled it with gas as they were suppose to do for all customers said the previous sales manager. I was promised several things during the purchase that were useless once I paid and left the dealership. It was claimed by the finance manager that finished up the last portion of taking my car home that I was getting an 80,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, and since she knows that I drive so much for work she would extend it to 120,000. The was a warranty mentioned on the paperwork for 120,000 miles, but very vague. That was perfect with taking on a much higher payment than I had planned for. I started having issues with the fan motor for the heated/cooled driver side seat towards the end of the warranty. I thought great I have not used it yet, but I was very happy that I have it just incase. I took my car in for that issue, and to do an inspection to the Roswell location this time. I can't even get started with that location since they argued with me that the sound my seat was making was from kid toys. I had to drive back over there to show them it was indeed an issue. They figured it out yay! I was then told my warranty was actually an extended warrant I y that really did not cover much including this over $1,000 charge to fix it. My husband called to speak with the GM at the Atlanta location to speak with him about this incident, among other issues. He apologized for what we have gone through, and was going to be contacting him back. We never heard back from him. I also purchased the warranty covering the paint and interior of the car. My center console for some reason start cracking, and there was a tiny indention on the leather of the driver side door that I had noticed. The center console one was not very big, but it was too big for them to cover, and the indention on the door was too small. Now what kind of coverage is that? The rest of my leather was all pristine. So I am really not sure what happened to that. Among that they could never figure out why my car would randomly brake when no objects were around the car, and the automatic lift gate would work maybe half the time. I just stopped even trying. These things have been going on since the car was purchased. There have been so many, and then for the GM to tell my husband he wanted to help, and then to never call him back. Granted I get he was not working there at the time of all these issues, but he claimed to care and wanted to see how things could be resolved and never called back. Just shows the kind of management that this dealership continues to be under. That each one claims the person or people before them had issues and are no longer here, and oh I am here to make it better but they are all just the same. Take your money to at least a different dealership, but altogether try out different company all together. If you are going to purchase a car from here please be mindful of the lies you are told, and the crap that you are being up sold is worthless! More
