The salesperson approached us immediately when we pulled into the lot. At one dealership we visited, we looked around for 15 minutes while salespeople chatted with each other. We were never approached, so we finally just left. The personality of the salesperson was so nice to work with. He was not pushy, but very friendly, courteous, professional and down to earth, with a genuine interest in helping us find exactly what we wanted. Even when we told him we wanted to look around a bit before deciding, his level of courtesy and attention did not waver. Salespeople with the other dealers seemed condescending, short, and pushy, and any "enthusiasm" they demonstrated for earning us as a customer quickly fizzled when they learned we were looking around before making a decision. The salesperson also has a very high degree of product knowledge, even the fine details, and we really appreciate that. We also appreciate that the sales staff drives Hondas. One other saleperson at another dealer didn't know anything about the car we test drove, and he'd been with the company for 5 years! Keep it up!! The same is true with the sales manager with whom we wroked. Very nice, friendly, and down to earth, not pushy, but honest. The same is also true for the finance person. He was also professional and down to earth, and knew the finance options and extras very well, and was honest about all of it. This is usually the most stressful part, but he made it a very comfortable experience. The facility was very nice, clean, well-run, and organized. It did not feel like a "mad-house", but was very professional. We did not see the same in other dealerships. The vehicle selection was just right. Some other dealerships we explored didn't have much to choose from on their lots. And last but not least, I LOVE my new Honda!! I am definitely a believer now! Overall this was by far the most positive car-buying experience we've had, and we will definitely be back. It was actually a good thing that we looked around before coming back to Nalley Honda that day - it reinforced our opinion 100% that Nalley is the best in every way! After a less than ideal experience at a dealership in LaGrange, Nalley Honda exceeded my expectations. I ended up purchasing the new vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. The car had to be ordered fro LaGrange, Nalley Honda exceeded my expectations. I ended up purchasing the new vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. The car had to be ordered from another location, and they gave us a loaner car at no charge in the meantime. When we returned for delivery, Nalley Honda again exceeded our expectations, and the salesman stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. I LOVE my new Honda, and I will return to Nalley when I am ready to purchase another one - which will be in about 500,000 miles the way Hondas last! More
I was very skeptical about buying a car without a male to accompany me, but I decided to go into Nalley Honda anyway just to see if I could qualify for a used Honda; and just to see what kind of sales pitch accompany me, but I decided to go into Nalley Honda anyway just to see if I could qualify for a used Honda; and just to see what kind of sales pitch that would be used to sale me a lemon. Rodney Wyche the sales person told me that I would have a car before I left the dealership that day and he was correct, to be honest my thoughts to my self were "yeh right and I am sure you can pull a rabbit out of a hat also. Well to my surprise I brought my first Honda, a Honda Accord, yeh me. After Mr. Wyche collect all my personal information. Joe Freeman, one of the use cars sales managers, came over to explain the process of how Nalley would find a bank to finance my vehicle, in doing so he was very respectful of my wishes. Joe came back about 15 minutes later with a deal, he gave me a list of vehicles to choose, I picked the 2003 Honda Accord, load with everything, leather, moon-roof, security system, etc., after examining the car, I noticed that the radio/stereo didn't light up apparently there was some electrical problems that caused the system to malfunction; I also noticed that the headliner in the car needed replacing. I was directed Roman Byczek one of the other use car sale manager's who handles this area, I asked if they would replace the headliner and fix the problem with the stereo electrical problem, he said that it wouldn't be a problem, the stereo/electrical problem and the headliner was fixed without any additional charges. It took longer than expected to repair my car, so I asked Joe for a loaner car he said no problem and he even sent a shuttle to pick me from work to bring me to the dealership to get a loaner car, but by the time I got there my car was ready and everthing worked and was repaired to my expectation. I am very happy to say this is the beginning to a happy relationship with Nalley Honda; I have no problem referring my friends and family to this dealership, Not only was I able to get the car that I wanted, my payments are lower than expected. I would like to thank the entire sales staff, from my initial contact with Rodney Wyche to the sales managers, Joe Freeman and Roman Byczek and Karim Easley who worked in the Servie Area. Run do not walk from this dealership. They ruin the reputation for a Nalley dealership. They didnt even own the title to the car they were selling. Then they pulled a bait and switch trying to get me reputation for a Nalley dealership. They didnt even own the title to the car they were selling. Then they pulled a bait and switch trying to get me to accept an inferior car while they held my money hostage. Then weeks later put the check in the mail. Such a shame but dealt with the entire used car staff and none was professional. Smoking while dealing with you, completely stereotypical used car salesman. We are no longer in the 70's people get with the program. More
