I traded in my old car for a 2009 Honda CR-V. Although I feel I got a good deal, the rest of the process was downright painful. I purchased my car on a Saturday afternoon/evening and it took 4.5 hours. Most of this time, my fiancé and I sat by ourselves, awkwardly alone in a used car dealer's office while he took phone calls or was walking around the used car department. Once we agreed upon a price, we were shuffled down to the finance department, which took an additional hour. We sat alone for 30 minutes in the finance department with not so much as a hello from anyone. We were then told that there would be no time to have our new vehicle detailed that evening and we would have to come back on Sunday (despite prior plans) if we wanted the vehicle detailed. On Sunday, the service department was late opening, so we sat for 30 minutes until they opened. We handed over our key (note: 1 key), and sat looking at the vehicle for 20 minutes before anyone even touched the car. The detailing job was, hands down, the worst job I've ever seen. As far as I can tell, they ran the car through the $5 car wash down the street and put the floor mats in. There were still noticeable marks on the interior. The finance person also sent us home with the wrong paperwork, so we were asked to please overnight the correct paperwork to her on our own dime. We refused to be penalized the cost of overnighting paperwork for her error. I am currently on my third trip to Nalley in a week to get my spare key, since the salesperson couldn't find it the day we purchased it. (Please note: the owners manual clearly states I should have 2 keys and a valet key.) After speaking with a rude service person who told me that they were only responsible for providing me with 2 keys and refused to answer my questions about what I read in te manual, I am still sitting in the service department. I have been here for 45 minutes to have a key programmed to my vehicle. Quite frankly, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service I've received after making one of the biggest purchases in my life. I will not return to Nalley for servicing or to purchase my next car, and I will certainly be advising anyone who will listen to find a dealership where they are actually valued. More
Very pleased with our visit last week with both our trade in process and our new car purchase. Thomas was an amazing salesman. Very entergetic and it was obvious he was excited and well informed about his in process and our new car purchase. Thomas was an amazing salesman. I brought the car in for a recall item. She set us up for a 7am appointment and told me it would be one hour. I have a life and can't spend it covering for Honda's production screw ups so the timing was crit a 7am appointment and told me it would be one hour. I have a life and can't spend it covering for Honda's production screw ups so the timing was critical. I got here right at 7 and they didn't even open the doors until 7:05. Incredibly, when I gave the keys to the guy he said I wouldn't get out until 930 or so, that it was 1-1.5 hours and the technicians didn't even get in until 8am. Why did this person not tell me the truth - did she not care? Is she only compensated by the number of people she gets to make an appointment so she is incentivized to lie? In any case, if the service manager gave a rip about it he didn't show it. Not even an apology. Certainly no offer to actually try to help by offering me a rental for the day or even asking where I needed to get to so he could get me a ride. Horrible service and you should come here at your own risk. I will not return. More

Phillip was great to work with. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He and the Sales Manager Joe answered all my questions and went out of their way to make shopping and buying there at Nalley a friendly, and helpful. Phillip took his time to show me all the features of the vehicle and gave me plenty of time to inspect it throughly. He was very patient throughout the entire process and I never felt any pressure. Nalley rised to the challenge and came through with the vehicle I was looking for and presented what I feel was a very good deal. All of the people I worked with from the internet sales team, to Thomas White II (in store sales person) and LeRoy Slater (GM) were extremely courteous, professional, personable and worked hard to make me a satisfied buyer. Nice showroom, and the service area is clean, well kept and up to date. Nice job by the entire team. I would highly recommend the team I worked with at Nalley Honda. More

Was treated very well by sales and management during purchase process and delivery of used car for my son as a new driver. Felt I got a great deal and without haggling. Roman and service department took care of all minor cosmetic and mechancial repairs even a week after I had taken delivery on car. They made everything right and earned my business for all future car purchases. More
