I was absolutely delighted with my purchase of a new Honda today at Nalley Honda. This was the first new car for my son and the experience could not have been better. I requested quotes from four Hond Honda today at Nalley Honda. This was the first new car for my son and the experience could not have been better. I requested quotes from four Honda dealers and Nalley was by far the most competitive. The three other dealers kept contacting me, whittling away at the difference in price, yet Nalley's initial quote was still the winner. They all bragged that they would beat Nalley's price, but when adding up the whole deal, Nalley was still the winner. Additionally, to my delight, every promise made by the Nalley team was kept without question. Kendel Lodge is an enthusiastic and knowledgeble sales professional that I highly recommend. Another factor that prompted me to award the business to Nalley was the online reviews of the service department and the outstanding work of Hollie Higby. I met Hollie today and learned that she was promoted, but she took my son and I over to the service department to meet Marty, who commited to provide the same high level of customer service. A special shout out goes to Ray Gibson, the Finance Manager, who clearly presented the finance options and documents, with no pressure, just facts. Hollie is one of those rare people who "GET" customer service. She and the rest of the service staff are amazingly friendly and above all else truly sympathize with their customers and try to al customer service. Hollie is a true professional. We use Nalley Honda because of the expert service provided by Hollie. She always has the time to answers all questions, whether it is questions I have about do-it-yours because of the expert service provided by Hollie. The lastest is when I reconnected the battery after during some work and could not find the code required to reset the radio. A call to Hollie and she took the time to find the code and explain to me how to set it. That was real music to my ears. Daniel LaFavor contacted me in response to a request I submitted through USAA's car buying service. I had already received a quote from another dealership that was quite reasonable. I had the other dealer's quote in writing with a nice breakdown as to exactly what I was paying for (price of the vehicle, taxes, document fees, etc). Daniel asked that I forward the quote to him and he would respond with their own quote. I did so and received a reply from Daniel that was about $1000 cheaper, although the quote was a one line email which did not specify the precise breakdown as the other dealer had. I was a little uncomfortable as I had asked for an exact breakdown of the price but decided to move forward anyway. I called the dealership the next day and spoke with Lauren Davis. I was skeptical of the price....it seemed a little too good to be true. I conveyed this to Mrs. Davis and explained that I had not had great experiences with car dealerships in the past. I was looking for something a little more "official" than a one line email regarding the agreed to price. Mrs. Davis seemed annoyed at my apprehension and tried to assure me that the price I was given would be my price. After some discussion Mrs. Davis did say that the price "might" change if the dealership had added anything to the vehicle. I asked that she please check to see if anything had been added as I wanted to know that "real" price of the vehicle before I made travel plans (I was travelling to Atlanta from Memphis, TN). Mrs. Davis said she would check and call me back. Mrs. Davis never called back. I contacted the dealership again the next day. At that time Mrs. Davis informed me that there was no way they could honor the price I was originally given. She said Daniel was going to call me to explain what happened. He never did. It seems my skepticism was valid in this case. My experience with Nalley Honda of Union City is that they are a typical car dealership. They play the same games that 90% of car dealerships play. They tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door and then the truth comes out. I'm glad I didn't waste any money on an airline ticket to Atlanta. Instead I bought my car in Chicago without any problems. More

I first heard of Nalley Honda through an old friend of mine who leased a new Civic from them several years ago. She got such the great deal at the time. So when I purchased my Acura RL, I already had in mind where I planned to get it serviced, although there is a Honda and Acura dealership closer to where I live. From my first phone call with Hollie to doing the road drive with Andre', I could tell their goal was to have another very satisfied customer. Both Hollie and Andre' are very professional and very intelligent. They "know their product line". Keep up the great work, and Management, I certainly hope you recognize them. More

I was referred to Barbara by my insurance agent. She was very prompt with her initial contact to me. I'd been told by the other dealer that I was stuck in dealing with them. Well, upon meeting with Barbara, her upbeat and positive attitude showed me that anything was possible. Barbara and Roman were very diligent and determined in helping me leave the dealership with a vehicle that I was happy with, and a payment that I could afford. The process was relatively seamless, within a non-stressful environment. Barbara, Roman, and the Used Car finance team went above and beyond to provide me the best customer service I've ever received during a vehicle purchase.
