After letting me credit union look over my paper work I found that they had put 9000 worth of stuff in to my loan that no one explained to to me .they suppose to call me back to drop the gap insurance because I found out I could get 600 cheaper through my insurance company, never received that call .feel like need a lawyer to buy a car with these guys to see all the hidden stuff they say come with your new car,but they are charging you for very disappointing with my experience there will not be coming back . And would warn anyone buying there to beware and do your homework and stay away from dre he is a con artist.!!!!!!!!! More

I conversed with the manager (Ayman) to express my dissatisfaction and he immediately attempted to rectify the situation. He was very apologetic and showed empathy. He reassured me that If I would give it another chance, he would do all he could to make things right. I took Ayman up on his offer and allowed him to prove himself. Fast forward to the next day, I’m leaving with a brand new Honda. My sales rep was amazing (Terrance “Tee”). Not only did he assist me, but he really went above and beyond and it was genuine.
