I will start by saying I thought this dealership was different. I couldn't be more wrong. Like many in this current state of the country, they also are practicing a form of bait and switch. Buy with cau different. I couldn't be more wrong. Like many in this current state of the country, they also are practicing a form of bait and switch. Buy with caution. The listed/advertised price will not be what you will be offered. Yes it will be that vehicle, however there will be an additional amount on the offer sheet called "market value adjustment" or something to that effect. In my research that could be upwards of 10k more than MSRP. If you are desperate or don't care about paying MSRP plus the additional 10k than that's good for you. It's not the fact that a dealer can charge what they want, its the fact that that amount is not listed anywhere until you start the negotiation. So don't bother with the online buying tool it will be far above the amount you are thinking. Again if you are testing the waters or serious about buying, ask about the hidden amount before you waste your time. More

I took my GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax in for service and Wendell and the rest of the guys at Nalley took care of me and the leaking differential and transfer case. Easy Care (my extended warranty) at first Wendell and the rest of the guys at Nalley took care of me and the leaking differential and transfer case. Easy Care (my extended warranty) at first refused to honor the repair but Wendell worked with the dealership that I purchased my truck from and they were able to get Easy Care to cover the repairs. They have also done all of the maintenance on my wife's Honda. Great dealership.....Thanks! More

My experience was by far the best I have ever received in my 50 plus years of buying and/or trading vehicles. I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family even though most live 300 plus my 50 plus years of buying and/or trading vehicles.
