Amazing Team! Great Service Being in the car business myself I really expected to be sitting in the dealership ALL DAY! This wasn’t the case when I purchased my vehicle at Nalley Chevrolet in Union City. I was literally in and out of there in no time. Shanteria and Trosky were the sales associates I was helped by and they were great. Jay in the finance office is also hilarious and has great conversation. I appreciate all of you guys! Love my New Camaro ! More

Excellent Experience I worked with Trosky Davis who took Excellent care of me and my 3 young daughters. I came in the dealership, met with Trosky and simply let him know w I worked with Trosky Davis who took Excellent care of me and my 3 young daughters. I came in the dealership, met with Trosky and simply let him know what my needs were and what I had been facing with my current vehicle. Trosky heard my needs and within 2 hours he had me approved! I am still in shock that I got approved and have a reliable car for my self and daughters. Thank you Trosky, this was a fast and seamless process and I needed just that! More

Horrible experience. 0 stars This is the worst place I have Ever dealt with in my life!!! We paid for a car. That we never received. They kept giving us the run around about diffe This is the worst place I have Ever dealt with in my life!!! We paid for a car. That we never received. They kept giving us the run around about different repairs that they were doing on the car. This went on for about 2 weeks after we had finance the car through a different company. They kept trying to get us to Finiance through them. I paid large down payment on the car with a personal check. Balance of car payment was made with a check from another finiance company. So basically the car was paid for free and clear from them. After many phone calls finally got money back from Nally. Told them to keep the car if it need that many repairs. So today I get a letter in mail saying they ran a credit report on me. I did not authorized this. No need to run report because they were not financing and I was not the one buying the car. My daughter was buying the car!! Poor customer service and no communication amongst themselves. This place is horrible experience. I need answers! More

Sales was great. Finance and manager unavailable I had a few things that needed to be reconciled after the sale. I bought the car on Aug 26th, a Sunday. The service department was closed. So I got a letter for service reimbursement for an oil change from the management. I finally got it a couple of days ago, after numerous calls to the salesman and the dealership, being left on hold extended periods of time and getting hung up on a couple of the times and leaving several unanswered messages to management and the finance office. The salesman always called mewhen I left messages and did everything he could on his end, but the manager took forever and the finance officer only called after I went to the online customer service and that took weeks. He told me he would fax a form to me to cancel an extended warranty and never did. I called the warranty company to cancel. When I get it the finance officer told me I had to call Nalley to cancel it and it would be no problem. After the sale they are done with you. No way I'll reccomend this dealership, but the salesman was great. More
Fool me once - shame on you. I took my car in for service Monday morning September 10, 2018 I expected some type of contact from them because that’s what I was told by Carl he sai I took my car in for service Monday morning September 10, 2018 I expected some type of contact from them because that’s what I was told by Carl he said we need your email address because we can not contact always by phone. I went back the next day as I was standing looking at his computer as he pull up my file I notice in the category for emai it said no email. I told him I specifically gave you my email because you said that would be the main way you would contact me. He gave some flimsy excuse that he had written it on paper and he didn’t have the paper with him. I did not get my car back until September 24,2018 two weeks later! If they had offered a Courtesy car it may not have been so bad. But no I was told none were available. They could take me where I needed to go. Really? I don’t live in Union City. When it was Ivory Chevrolet the service was totally different. The Rep would come to you as you pulled up. Now that it’s Nalley you get out and go in to them. If you ask me they ALL need to be trained on how to treat customers. Fool me twice-shame on me (It will nerver happen). More
Extremely Poor customer service Issues: The service phone is NEVER answered; car was kept over weekend with no explanation or diagnostic; diagnostic sent on Monday via email instead Issues: The service phone is NEVER answered; car was kept over weekend with no explanation or diagnostic; diagnostic sent on Monday via email instead of phone call. We had a scheduled appointment for Friday morning but the car was not looked at until after 3pm. I never received a call re findings or even a courtesy call to notify that the car would be kept the ENTIRE weekend. One receptionist was kind enough to walk back to the service area and ask them to answer the phone, but at 6pm they left with no follow up call. I had to physically go there on Saturday to get an update, which was, “we still don’t know what’s wrong with your car” I fully understand when things get behind, but NO ONE even made an attempt to contact us. Then when they determined possible repairs, it was sent via email—NO PHONE CALL AT ALL. When I asked why there was no call, I was told that they usually just send the email and wait for approval. That’s ridiculous. If I could rate 0 for customer service, I would. This will be my final visit to Nalley Chevrolet in Union City. More
