THIS DEALERSHIP SUCKS! DO NOT EVER GO HERE! THE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FAKE BECAUSE HOW ALL OF A SUDDEN EVERYONE THAT HAS PURCHASED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP HAD THE SAME SALESPERSON AND DECIDED TO COME TO THIS WE ON HERE ARE FAKE BECAUSE HOW ALL OF A SUDDEN EVERYONE THAT HAS PURCHASED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP HAD THE SAME SALESPERSON AND DECIDED TO COME TO THIS WEB SITE! THINK PEOPLE! Lou Estevez informed me over the phone that he was a sales manager. I sent him all of my personal information he told me that I was approved for a car and that if I came into the dealership I would walk away with a car. I told him that I was looking at a Nissan Sentra that was on the lot. He told me that is no problem they have plenty of used vehicles to choose from. I also told him that I did not want my payments no more than $350 a month he said it was not a problem. I drove 5 1/2 hours to arrive at the dealership come to find out all of a sudden Lou's son is so call sick and I was left with someone else by the name of Shelina who was a sales person and Billy Heard who was the General Sales Manager Shelina informed me that Lou told her that I was ok with my monthly payment being somewhere around $450 to $475 Which I never ever said. To sum this all up I was completely lied to over the phone and while I was at the dealership I was still being lied to. I never got to go out on the lot and choose the used vehicle I wanted she showed me all new cars and then Shelina and General Sales Manager Billy Heard was getting frustrated with me because I was not purchasing the ONE car that she had so conveniently picked out for me. Shelina and Billy Heard made it even more difficult for me to try and purchase a car when I told them I was not going to buy that particular car. They made it difficult by one while saying that they were trying to get me approved and then changing it up and saying I was not approved. When Lou Estevez had told me that I was already approved this was my reason for going there in the first place. I left this dealership upset, frustrated and confused. This was a horrible experience that I have completely put a halt on buying a car until something is done about this. More

My name is Brittani Gay and my experience with this dealer and dealership was PHENOMENAL!!!! I actually was referred to this dealership by a close friend and she said that they would be able to trade i dealer and dealership was PHENOMENAL!!!! I actually was referred to this dealership by a close friend and she said that they would be able to trade in my previous car even though it didn't work. I took it into consideration but didn't do anything about it at that time. As time was approaching for me to start work very soon I needed a breakthrough in finding good and reliable transportation to get back and forth. No need to go into detail on how rough it is having such responsibilities with no transportation; all we know is that it's not easy. I'm 22yrs old and I DO NOT know anything about how to buy a car form a dealership, being that this my first time buying a car for myself. So I decided to go through USAA for car buying services this time because I understood that if I wanted something good, I would have to put work into finding what was would be good for me. So I did just that I picked out a car that I wanted and submitted my information and waited for something to come through. The very next day I get a call from Mr. Daniel, not knowing that he was calling from the dealership I was considering to by a car from in the beginning. I then began to tell him my situation and IMMEDIATELY he began to go to work on my behalf!!! He gave clear and thorough guidance on what I should do on my part. I did just that and he continued to work. As I made it up to to Ivory Chevrolet, We met up with Mr. Daniel. We test dove some cars and waited for the next step. I did not have any money all I had was my faith in God that He would work through my Daniel. I got there at 12pm and didn't leave until almost 8pm. But, the wait was well worth it. Between those times, some financial obstacles was getting in the way, as I knew it would but Mr. Daniel was patient with me and my ignorance in car buying and kept me encouraged when I got discouraged. His words were "don't worry I got you and you're gonna leave here with a car!" I came with my twin sister and she had to leave so all I could do is pray that I leave here with a car because I would have had no way back home in Lithonia. Finally the breakthrough!!! Mr. Daniel came back and told me that everything was good and and I'm leaving with a car. My monthly payments are exactly where I can afford them and I am well satisfied with my service with Mr. Daniel. He fought tooth and nail to get me squared away! Not only did he make sure I was satisfied with everything, he also went out of his way to make sure my 6month pregnant sister was comfortable and satisfied as well!!! This goes to show you the compassion, and level of professionalism, hospitality, and customer service this salesman has for people! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND anyone looking to purchase a car to Alfred Daniel here at Ivory Chevrolet and WILL continue doing serving with him when I decide to trade in or buy another car. God Bless.
