This is the worst dealership by far I will never return nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone. Took my car in to find out what was wrong. Drop my car off on a Friday at 12:00 p.m. Later Friday eve nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone. Took my car in to find out what was wrong. Drop my car off on a Friday at 12:00 p.m. Later Friday evening I received a call stating that my PCM in my impala was bad. Told the service rep Micheal Henderson to go ahead and make the repairs. Ask when would my vehicle be ready at first I was told Saturday then he stated that they were short staffed on the weekend so it would Monday. On Monday at 4:40 I still had not received a call about my vehicle so I called them. After speaking to Micheal Henderson the service advisor he stated that the part they ordered was not good so they had to order another part and it would be in the next day. On this day I went to pick up a rental. The next day at 8:40 a.m. The service advisor contacted me and stated that the was able to get my car started but they can not guarantee that it will continue to start because it needed a Ignition switch now that would be an additional $610.00 added on to the 819.00 that I am paying for the PCM. they should have told me everything that was wrong with my vehicle from the beginning. I asked to speak to the service manager Mike Fryer. micheal Henderson went and got the foreman Greg who was not helpful. I asked for the owner they stated he was not there. I called the dealership and the receptionist advised me that the owner was there but he was in a meeting. They are liars. Finally Mike the service manager came and I spoke with him. I still asked for the owner but I also let them know that I knew he was there cause I did not have time for the lies. Never got a chance to speak to the owner because they never let he know that I wanted to speak to him. Now I am waiting on a call back from him. Will see what happens. More
