I went to Ivory Chevrolet with my granddaughter to help her purchase a new vehicle. Scott King was our sales representative and he was awesome. She is so excited with her new car and I'm just as excited because she is starting a new credit experience and making a good credit history for herself. We had so much fun with Scott and his fellow workers, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Scott was awesome and Ivory Chevrolet is very lucky to have him working there. Recently, I was in a car accident which totaled my 2011 Chevy Malibu. Since I loved my experience at Chevy Dealers before I knew I wanted to go back to a Chevy Dealer. First, I went to a Chevy dealership i Chevy Malibu. Since I loved my experience at Chevy Dealers before I knew I wanted to go back to a Chevy Dealer. First, I went to a Chevy dealership in Marrow, GA where I had a trouble experience and they said I had to have a co-signer, over $2000 down, with payments of $400 for a 2007.To make everything worst I did not see a vehicle on their lot that I liked so they were trying to force a vehicle on me that I did not like which was everything I did not want so my girlfriend than told me about Ivory Chevrolet. When I first arrived to this dealership I was greeted by salesman Bronze Law. When we met him I told him everything up front....I have an outstanding car loan out but it is going to be paid off by a insurance company, my mother was the co-signer for my last car but I did not want to use her again and my credit is not that good, I want my down payment to be between $0-1000, and the vehicle had to be a 2012or 2013 with payments no higher than $400. Law looked at me and said "don't worry I will get you in the vehicle you want." Because he was also working with other people he enlisted James Latner to work with him on my deal. The two of them were GREAT!!!!!! They were very personable, friendly, determine to get me into a vehicle that I truly like, they did not pressure me into buying something I did not want, and overcame obstacles to get me approved by myself without a co-signer, they listened to me and always communicated with me when there was a problem, they did not make me feel like I was just a number/$ to them I was family and to top it all off I purchases my vehicle, which is a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, with less than $1000 down and payments less than $400 a month. They gave me everything I wanted when buying a car, unlike the other dealership. My experience was outstanding and I would highly recommend salesman Law and Latner and Derwin Ware in finance at Ivory Chevrolet anytime someone is need of a vehicle. More

I would recommend and use this dealership again because of the service and satisfaction my daughter and I received. This was the 3rd visit to Ivory in an effort to get a car for my daughter and I guess of the service and satisfaction my daughter and I received. While she didn't get exactly what she wanted, we met Scott on our 3rd visit and she had gotten discouraged because the car she wanted in her budget was GONE. Then Scott came to me (her Mom) and said I think she'll like this one and even though my facial expression was like "OMG, she's not going to get anything" by the time he asked me in his friendly and convincing demeanor, "Mom, would you please at least just look at it?" I DID and low and behold, it WAS a really nice car! And the Dealership worked with us to make THIS trip a good experience where she left with her FIRST car in HER name with a payment that SHE could afford!
