Prior to visiting Ivory Chevrolet, I visited other dealerships and was not happy with the Sales employees. I spoke with Lacoya over the phone before going to the dealership. I was pre-qualified with dealerships and was not happy with the Sales employees. I spoke with Lacoya over the phone before going to the dealership. I was pre-qualified with my credit union @13% and I wanted a Camaro preferbly convertible but I had a price range to stay in. He was very patient and explained each Camero they had on the lot. He let me know that he could beat the credit union interest rates and get me in what I really wanted with no down payment. I was so nervous and confused I left and went home to sleep on it. He called me the next day to let me know he had a convertible in my price range. Not only did I leave with my dream car but also, at a lower interest rate that I never thought I would have gotten approved on!! It really was a pleasure to work with him!! My car shopping experience began with a search for something gas efficient. Prior to entering the dealership, I searched for hatchback styles such as the Toyota Yaris and Honda Fit. I found a Honda Civic at Ivory that I liked but was unable to purchase that particular automobile. After long hours of reviewing my options, I was able to leave the dealership with a car that fit every criteria under my list.
