The funny thing is that I had to go to a Chevy dealership to get a RAM 1500. Go figure. Tim made it happen!!!! More

Not so great. My car broke down on the interstate on a Sunday and was towed to the nearest Chevrolet Dealership, which just happened to be Ivory Chevrolet. I was tw My car broke down on the interstate on a Sunday and was towed to the nearest Chevrolet Dealership, which just happened to be Ivory Chevrolet. I was two hours away from home. I called the next day to check on the status of my car and was told I needed a complete tune-up and my transmission needed to be replaces. Thankfully the transmission was still under warranty. I was told that it would be Wednesday before the transmission got there and Thursday before it could be put in. I also asked that the tune-up not be done at that time but was told that it was "already in progress" and couldn't be stopped. Well, on Tuesday morning, I got a call saying that my car was ready and that Eric would be calling me soon with more details about it. I immediately called Eric and he insisted that someone called by mistake and that my transmission was being replaced. Eventually, around 2;30 my time, Eric calls back to tell me that my car in indeed ready for pick up and that transmission was not replaced, but rebuilt. So I go to get it and once there, NOT ONE PERSON GREETED US. I had called Eric to let him know we were on our way. I NEVER saw him. My biggest issue is-- I was told my car was getting a complete tune-up and all they did was change 4 spark plugs and charged me $433. No oil change, oil filter change... absolutely nothing. You would think with all the business and money they just got, my transmission was several thousand, they would have at least vaccumed my car or washed the windows. None of that either. Very disappointed. More
