NO ONLINE APPT! NO PHONE CALLS! MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED! I told them that I made an appointment online and they stated that they do not have any way of accepting online appointments, even though it is available on their website . I spoke to the manager and they said they would still look at my vehicle on that day as I had no way of knowing they do not utilize their online service. I never received a call. I called back the next day and after several attempts I was told it was a small oil leak and it would be covered under warranty. It takes two days to order the part and will be ready on Monday. Fine. I called on Monday, still no phone call from Ivory, and they stated that there was also a water pump leak, and I would have to pay for that. Again I said fine and it should be ready on Tuesday. I called again on Tuesday (still no call from Ivory Chevrolet) and I was told that the car was ready. When I go down there, the car was not ready and I did not receive a call notifying me. I was then promised a rental car after about a week of not having my car. I received the rental car and came back the next day with the thought the car was fixed. Today, a week later, I get my oil changed at another establishment with them showing me a red substance leaking from my vehicle and they stated it was a coolant leak, which was the problem the entire time. I purchased my vehicle from Ivory and have went there several times for service with no issues, but I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was not going to write a review but just no longer patrion this service department, but the fact I now I have to pay more money for the problem that Ivory said they fixed was the final straw. I hope that the service department improves. More

Amazing Service! I took my car in for service and they were awesome! I showed up well after 3pm. on a day where they were completely swamped. Matt was extremely professional and a life-saver for squeezing me in. He got everything taken care of, including a complimentary car, all in a matter of 35 minutes! That is awesome seeing how busy they were and I had no appointment. Matt called and kept me updated as soon as they problem was diagnosed and when my car was ready. The service department completed the repairs in just one day! This is the second car I've purchased from Ivory and between the two cars, I've probably visited the service department 10 times (majority were for oil changes). They have always been professional and hardworking. I would recommend anyone to purchase a car at this location and to use the service department. I would like to thank Matt for all his hard work and being so thoughtful (he even carried my son's heavy car seat for me). Thanks all!! More
Dishonest Sales Manager! I went to this dealer to check out buying a new car. The sales manager Greg Pointer drove my car to give me an estimate of trade in. Upon leaving, I noticed the release button on my gear shift had been broken and sitting in the console of my car along with broken pieces sitting around the gear shift. I got back out the car to ask what happened because my car was NOT like that when I drove into the lot. The sales manager flat out lied to my face saying it was already like that and it wasn't. Furthermore, he was very, very rude and attempted to walk away from me as I was trying to get answers from him of what happened with my car. He was very rude and I felt he didn't care that he had broken my release button on my gear shift. I don't understand why he would break it when all he had to do was push the button in to slide it into the appropriate gear. His dishonesty about the situation put a very bad taste in my mouth about doing business with this place. I've had my car driven by others for servicing and never once have anyone broken the release button of my gear shift. The even worse thing is for the sales manager to have lied about breaking it and have treated me with a nasty attitude after having questioned him about it. I don't recommend anyone going to this place, but if you do and you have a trade-in, ride along with whomever does your estimate for your car to ensure no one purposely destroys anything in or on it to get you to purchase their vehicle. I've been to other dealers and never once has my release button on my gear shift been broken. That is just dishonesty and I am very disappointed because I expected so much better from this dealership in comparison to the others within the area. My salesperson Brittany was great, but the dishonesty of the sales manager did not earn my business. More

Promise you things but don't want to put it in writing. Finance had to force my salesperson to negate the charismatic smoke and mirrors and place the things promised on the we owe. Just don't take their word for anything! Love my car. Hated the experience. Oh-and they sell cars that they aren't able to demo features on. And they're proud of that too! I wrote the owner and have yet to receive a response. I did, however, get a promise from the sales manager which resulted in a $5 gift card from my sales person for my trouble. What a joke. I'm afraid to even take my car back out there for things because I know they're salty from me speaking out against them and forcing them to do what they are supposed to do! Shame! Just beware. More

I have quite a bit of knowledge when it comes to servicing cars so when i was quoted an amount 3500.00 dollars to fix my truck I knew that was an outrageous amount. The service guy consistently told me I wouldn't be able to get my truck serviced for cheaper which I knew was incorrect. Well, when I told him I would be only paying for the diagnostic test and taking the truck to get serviced somewhere else. The service guy presented me with a bill for 450.00 for the diagnostic test which is normally 150-200 max. He said he'd added oil to the truck and as a result the bill increased. I'm no genius but adding oil shouldn't raise the bill by 200 dollars. Furthermore, I never gave them permission to add oil to my truck. I only dropped the truck off for a diagnostic test. So, why would they be trying to charge me for anything else??Also, when I questioned the service tech about this matter, he said he would get back to me and left the dealership. I ended up having to speak to a manager who eventually lowered the bill by 100.00 which 300.00 is still a lot to pay for a diagnostic test. Finally, I left and took my Truck to Carl black Chevrolet in Kennesaw, they serviced my truck for 650.00. Ivory Chevrolet wanted to charge me 3500.00 for the same work..talk about ripping people off...do not take your vehicles to this place. The service people are very unprofessional and dishonest. More

Are you in business to sell or force people to go to your competitor? I went to your competitor and left with 2016 for 5k less and much better terms and service and only took about an hour. Don't advertise what you don't intend to offer. Shame on you for making her wait there so many hours. Stop calling her too! She is not interested in what you have to offer . More
Don't Take Your Car Here I had my car towed to the Ivory Chevrolet Dealer because my car shut down. The battery died. I had just put a new battery in the vehicle so I knew s I had my car towed to the Ivory Chevrolet Dealer because my car shut down. The battery died. I had just put a new battery in the vehicle so I knew something other the battery was the problem. The car arrived at Ivory around 10:00am on a Friday morning. I know this because I received a call from one of the advisers in the Service Department by the name of Diane. Diane told me that they had received the vehicle and they will take a look at it to determine the cause of the breakdown. After four hours had past and I hadn’t heard back from Diane on the status of the vehicle, I called. I was told by Diane that my car had not been looked at and that there were other vehicles that would be attended to before mine because they had appointments or were driven in. She said she will call me back to let me know the status once my car had been looked at. Fifteen minutes before the Service Department closed for that day, Diane called to tell me that they had put my car battery on a slow, overnight charge. She let me know that she would not be working the next day (a Saturday) but that Bryan and Denise will be able to provide me with a status of my vehicle. So I called the next day and talked to Bryan. Bryan said that he knew nothing about my vehicle and that there was no notes left on my vehicle. He could see the vehicle but that nothing was being done to my vehicle. He told me that he would consult with the shop supervisor and call me back. Bryan never called me back. So now I am out of a vehicle for the entire weekend. On Monday I received a call from Diane to tell me that they had determined I needed an alternator and that they will have the car ready for me that afternoon. I asked her about the inactivity on my vehicle on Saturday but she had no explanation to offer. At 3:46 Monday afternoon, Diane called to tell me my car was ready for pick up and the cost. Besides the fact that I had to wait for several minutes to pick up my car once I arrived at the dealership (Diane was paged twice but would not answer), but I found out later that the person that serviced by car did not take the time to finish the job. The day after I picked up my car, I went to put something in my back seat and noticed there was an object on the floor of my car. It was the cover to my battery. I was appalled. I had never ever had anything like that happen to me where the mechanic didn’t finish the work on my car – putting all the parts back where they came from. They charge all that money for their service but don’t offer good customer service in return. I have not intentions of ever going back to Ivory Chevrolet. More
