Yo Yo Car Deal/Auto Fraud Sale I called Shawn Lewis Aug 2016. I told him my situation on my past vehicle. I explained to him, that i had heart surgery and was out of work on medical I called Shawn Lewis Aug 2016. I told him my situation on my past vehicle. I explained to him, that i had heart surgery and was out of work on medical. I just returned back to work in Aug 2016. He asked me to come in and sure he could work out a deal for me. After, i told him my repo situation on May 2016. He intruduced himself and got one of the carsalemen to complete an application on me. I explained everything thing to him as well. I was denied as i told them i would be. They asked me if i could get a cosigner. I was able to get my uncle back in Florida to assist me on purchasing a vehicle. The application was denied a second time. I left and a couple days later. Shawn Lewis emailed me daily for two weeks. I called him and he said disreguard his email. After asjed him was those email a computer error. A week later Shawn called me and asked if i was steel looking to purchase a vehicle. I said yes, and he asked if i could contact my uncle in Florida. I said no, cause of the two denied. I said for him to call him. Which he asked for his number and called him and my uncle agreed once again. Shawn called me 3 days later telling me. That he got an approval. For me to come back in to get the vehicle. I went in and Shawn, introduced me to another carsalemen name Marcus Morris. He took my info and i told him that i did not have a down payment and no money for insurance at the time. Marcus had me to go to Chase Bank to open up a checking acct. Telling me to ask the bank for very high number checks. So that i could post date for 30 days. I was not able to leave with the car until Oct. 1, 2016. One week later Marcus called me to ask for my uncle and myself. To fax a bill, with our name an address on it. Which we both sent to them. A week after that, i get a call from Mr. Lewis from the Finance Dept. Saying my job told them that i worked at my job part-time. I work at a Federal job and i called my job to asked who told my personal business. The Supervisor said, that she took that call and give the 800 #. That only gives an employee reference # on be employed there. Later on my uncle and myself had our Bank Inst. phone interview on everything. I was later on called afain on coming back in the office to do paperwork over. Now, i am feeling lots of Bull on this deal. Got back to dealer on Nov 1, 2016. They park a car behind the car, just like was a crimnal. Then Mr. Lewis could not be a man and be real with me. He said that the loan was denied. But, they keep my check and keep on running the check for the down payment. They keep on running the check for 2 weeks. I have contact my aunt in New Orleans. The 3 people at Ivory Chevolet will never make it in their entire LIFE TIME. They picked the work one this time, with that YO YO DEAL AND CAR SALES FRAUD. Keep that check and feel the work of my Aunt. More
Bad customer review I recently visited your dealership to purchase a car. After driving the car i wanted. Incentive on car was not put on purchase until my fiance showed salesman., Mr. Skinner different incentive from different car dealers. When pricing was not in my budget. When asked what i wanted to spend. Mr. Skinner replied. If I knew the amount that i wanted to spend he would have not wasted all his time. I felt Mr. Skinner was not professional after all he is in the business of selling cars. I came back the next day after going to another dealer, drove back to Ivory Chevy and showed Mr Skinner same car and model car that i wanted and brought, Chevy Malibu Premier. Mr. Skinner replied why you want to do me like that. Mr Skinner your greed and your unprofessional behavior lost you a commission. It is a good thing I had my fiance with me.. My fiance experience with the service dept. was not pleasant. He spent over an hour to get agreed price on service on his car. will never visit Chevy Ivory again. More

Couldn't fix my car completely. I took my car to the service center told them what was wrong. All my lights were on engine light, abs or TBS light plus seat belt light was on. Plus m I took my car to the service center told them what was wrong. All my lights were on engine light, abs or TBS light plus seat belt light was on. Plus my car was wobbling. I paid $1,118 & some change. They had to get a part for my car the routers were messed up or something, so they got all the lights out except the seatbelt light they said that might just be the seat belt worn out. So when I tested drove it, it was smooth slight wobbling so I took it back & they gave me a loaner because I wasn't renting anymore cars. I wanted them to look more into it. So a few weeks later they tell me they can't fix it & they can't give me half my money back since it's not completely fixed. Then when I left the shop they did not put any gas in my car the light came on & I'm nervously driving hoping I can find a gas station before I run out of gas & the worst part is it's wobbling way more than the first time I test drove it. So they didn't make it no better. I thought by going to a dealership they could fix my car & know what's wrong verses going to regular shops & wasting money because they don't know what it is but never again will I take my car to a dealership especially this one. More
A complete joke. Do not even look at there building! I chose 1 star because 0 star is not an option.This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. After refusing warranty work I made the mistake to return to have my vehicle serviced, when I got the vehicle back there was grease all over the hood fenders and all four doors. The grease was all over the steering wheel turning the light interior and filthy black. They did not do the service stated on the invoice, I know because I marked my parts. They have no management and the people they put in place do not care! If you want a better service experience take your vehicle to your local Walmart. This place is a circus show. If you have had the opportunity to read this review please take my advice and run the other way sharing what you read to everyone you know. GM corporate has been notified and has properly documented the complaint. With enough incidents and complaints action will be taken against the dealership. Mad Coustomer Do not take your car to the Service Department, I agreed with my wife to take our car to the dealership for repairs. they said we needed a transmissio Do not take your car to the Service Department, I agreed with my wife to take our car to the dealership for repairs. they said we needed a transmission and other repairs that came up to nearly 5,000. 4 months went by out of the 1 year 12,000 mile warranty they gave us and the transmission went out completely on us having us stranded on the side of the road (slight hill). Now they telling me that the shifter cable is the problem. I figured if I spent nearly 5k that they would have looked at the cable and not put a bad or worn cable back on a brand new transmission. Waste of time DO NOT go More
