I purchased a Chevy Trax vehicle on 6/8/24. I never received a tag even after a month after my vehicle purchase. After attempting numerous calls and voicemails, I finally notified Nalley that I I never received a tag even after a month after my vehicle purchase. After attempting numerous calls and voicemails, I finally notified Nalley that I was leaving negative review. That is when I finally received a call back from Andrea with tags and titles. She casually told me my tag was processed and submitted on 7/16/24. Over 5 weeks later!!! My temp tag is now expired and I did not even receive a courtesy call from the dealership. Buyer beware… More

We purchased a vehicle and a month later don't have the paperwork necessary to obtain a title and license. They lie, avoid, and don't return calls. We had to painfully look at selling our 23 Camaro LT1 Convertible we had just leased 4 weeks ago due to learning very recently that I have upcoming major ankle surgery which will result in me not being a Convertible we had just leased 4 weeks ago due to learning very recently that I have upcoming major ankle surgery which will result in me not being able to drive a manual transmission. We shopped around and Nalley Chevrolet came to our rescue and got us out of our lease with an equity check as a HUGE BONUS!!! We worked with Nelson Pugh in sales as he was our advocate to get this deal closed and with the help of Sales Mgr Derak Rawlings and General Mgr Erik Sims they got it done and confirmed as we live in North Florida. I drove up and the process was very smooth and efficient as Nelson was on point and drove me to the airport after paperwork was completed so I could fly home with mixed emotions after having to sell our Camaro daughter Kylee. I will now order my 24 Camaro when orders open and an automatic transmission of course and Nelson will get that opportunity as well as any future needs we or family/friends have moving forward so give Nelson and the Nalley Chevrolet team an opportunity to earn your business they will go the extra mile as they did for us... This was my second car purchased from Nalley and I regret it! I will never shop here again and will warn everyone I know about this place!! The last car I purchased was a complete lemon I had to return it th it! I will never shop here again and will warn everyone I know about this place!! The last car I purchased was a complete lemon I had to return it the next day only for Nalley to take in in for service and so far it needs a transmission and I'm sure it needs alot of front end work. They don't want to fix it , they're trying to wait after 30 days to file a claim under the warranty that I purchased so they're telling me that it'll take a minimum 45 days or longer. I put down $6000 deposit so I'm out of money and it took 4 days to get a loaner only for the Sales manager to call me today a day after I get the loaner to ask if I wanted to purchase it if not I need to return it so that it can be sold and they'll give me a check. I keep asking for a full service report to provide the financing company so that I can get out of the contract and I keep getting the runaround saying it's still in diagnostics. I hate I've got to get my attorney involved because it's personal now. Do not waste your money or time at Nalley Chevrolet in Union City Ga. More

Living a nightmare with nalley! Robert the manager and Steven the service writer are the most unprofessional team I have ever met my car has been at nalley almost 4 months and still Robert the manager and Steven the service writer are the most unprofessional team I have ever met my car has been at nalley almost 4 months and still no answers no one calls back or anything rode up to nalley to see my car open to the elements it did have plastic on it at one time but not right now! Also they had to do that because my windows were up when it was delivered they lied and told me a tech would spend all day Sat on my car and they would call no call big surprise right and the guy never showed to work on my car! So I end with just stay away from this place they are nothing but a joke and be careful the manger Robert will get in your face for no reason and act like he's going to attack you! More

I had my car serviced today, printed out specials from website. The advisor was not educated on most of the specials and informed me that he didn't know what was on the website because he never visits it. website. I ask him if they matched prices , he said no when it clearly states on special Guaranteed Price Match on tires. This has never happened in the past because I have always had the best advisor's here. Naliey never did get my plate to me. These people that I dealt with is very dishonest and would tell you anything to get your business. I also paid $3657.00 for extended warranty I called the company and they said I don’t have a policy with them put proof that I paid through my credit card and call several times leaving message after Message unable to get in touch with mr Freddie Thompson trying to get my money back More
