The guy who “runs” the loaner car department is a joke. I was prepared to pay for a new tire after getting a flat in a loaner car. I was told by the some else who called me and was aggressive that I was al I was prepared to pay for a new tire after getting a flat in a loaner car. I was told by the some else who called me and was aggressive that I was all set and they would take care of it. Then I get a call saying where can I send a payment link? So I went in to get clarification. The service manager was too busy to be bothered as he was in a meeting. Shabazz stated I owed the money and that was it. I feel Iike what I was told should have been honored. I have been a customer since 2008, and I’m on my 12 BMW. Nalley has A LOT to learn. #disappointed. They weren’t even ready to take my payment when I arrived. It took 20 minutes before anyone had the paper work ready. And yet I get a call saying they were ready for my money?????? More

I set up an appointment and told them to call me if the car sold before I drove an hour and a half to see the car so I drove and hour and a half to see the car and when I got there I was told the car was a car sold before I drove an hour and a half to see the car so I drove and hour and a half to see the car and when I got there I was told the car was a loaner car and was not on the property and was told when the car was back I would get a call and to this day I have not heard from anyone at Nalley BMW More

Marcus is super knowledgeable, he’s been selling BWWs for a hot minute, total gentleman and wise to his craft.
