I wanted to take a moment to recognize & thank Stasha Robinson. We live in Nashville (Lebanon) Tennessee. Our daughter has driven an X3 for 8 years, since she was 15 years old. She got her license in the car, drove it all through high school, off to college, and to her new job in Atlanta. It finally blew a head gasket last week while she was alone in a new city, with no alternate transportation, and 4 hours away from family. From Nashville, her mom (me) & dad got busy inquiring with numerous dealerships from Chattanooga, Bowling Green, Nashville & Atlanta. Stasha was the first to respond. Not only the first, but she worked tirelessly with us ALL WEEKEND as other dealerships said “sorry we’re closed”. When we looked at quotes that were too high, she said “don’t count us out”, “I will continue to work on this”. And she did. Our daughter drove away in her new BMW last night, and after closing hours. You have no idea how thankful & relieved we are, being 4 hours away from our daughter. We’ve bought MANY cars in our lifetime and every experience has been DREADFUL.
