Purchased a car from this dealership 3 years ago. When I decided to get a new vehicle, we went back to them. We were given major runarounds and lots of pressure. The drive is further for us, but it is worth it. I will never walk into this dealership again. More

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned TL. When I got home after picking up the car I realized the inside of the car was very dirty. I found old bank papers in seat pockets. I told the sales rep wht I found and the reponse was 'Well I checked it". I guess he checked it in the dark. When I was shopping for car I was told intrest rate would be 8-12%. When I returned to pick up car I was told the APR could be 3.9% BUT I FOUND OTEHR FINANCING BASED ON PREVIOUSLY QUOTED RATES. I sent a letter stating my dissatisfaction but no one responded. I even spoke with Acura, they spoke to this dealer and the dealer still did not respond to me. It is a great car but the puchase experience stinks. More
