From the moment my wife and I stepped foot into the dealership, we were treated extremely well and all of our needs/wants were addressed as we decided on what vehicle to purchase. We come from an Acur dealership, we were treated extremely well and all of our needs/wants were addressed as we decided on what vehicle to purchase. We come from an Acura-heavy family, so the decision to purchase an Acura was an easy one, but the exact dealership and the type of vehicle were the only questions. We visited several different Acura dealerships in the area and none held a candle to the courtesy, professionalism and knowledge of our sales person (Michael Weist) at Nalley Acura. When it came to choosing the right vehicle for our growing family, Michael listened and guided us down the selection process, never trying to force us into purchasing before we were ready just to sell a car for commissions-sake, but letting us pore over the pros and cons of different vehicles before finally arriving at our final decision. After the decision was made, the finance department guided us seamlessly through the additional package selections and we walked away from the process feeling that we purchased a high quality vehicle at a very fair price from a very distinguished dealership. I could not have asked for more from the dealership throughout the entire purchasing process. More
Richard Haines was the sales representative who assisted my husband and I with my first car purchase. He was extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire process. I had a great buying experience from Nalley Acura. I saw a used 2010 Acura TSX on AutoTrader.com and set up an appointment for a Saturday, as I was coming from out of town. Michael Weist took great care of a used 2010 Acura TSX on AutoTrader.com and set up an appointment for a Saturday, as I was coming from out of town. Michael Weist took great care of me and when I decided I wanted to purchase this vehicle, made the transaction as smooth and painless as possible. My 90-year old dad was in the hospital and I was doing a lot of traveling back and forth, so needless to say, I was panicked when I heard a noise coming from underneath my TSX. I had to have my car, but I lot of traveling back and forth, so needless to say, I was panicked when I heard a noise coming from underneath my TSX. I had to have my car, but I was concerned that I was going to be stranded by whatever was causing the noise. I took a chance and stopped by Nalley on my way to the hospital at 7:15 AM (I lease the car from them & do service). I was greeted by Ed Wilkey and explained my situation, that I had to be at the hospital very shortly. He quickly got me in, discovered that there was a tree branch lodged underneath my car causing the noise, removed it and I was on my way. No charge. This is not my first good experience at Nalley. They have a great waiting room and extremely helpful. They communicate with the customer to let you know how long it's going to take, etc. Can't say enough good things. When my lease is up, I'll probably get another Acura. Thank you Nalley and Ed. More

On Saturday, January 19, 2013, I brought my 2004 Acura TSX for maintenance work. Mr. Al McGowan was my service advisor as he has been on and off for the last seven (7) years. I expected to wait for my c TSX for maintenance work. Mr. Al McGowan was my service advisor as he has been on and off for the last seven (7) years. I expected to wait for my car but as soon as I was checked in, Mr. McGowan immediately ordered a "loaner" car for me to use until the work on my car was completed. I used a very nice 2013 Acura ILX until my car was ready. Mr. McGowan went above my expectations but he is always very professional and very nice to me every time he has assisted me with any car-related matters. You are very blessed to have him as an employee. More

Chris P. was a wonderful salesperson and made sure he worked hard to get the car we wanted and the right price. Brian Echols was great too; he accepted our requests and made sure we were satisfied. We even ended up getting an extremely low interest rate on an auto loan, which was better than the one we were quoted from our car insurance company. All in all I enjoyed my experience there and I will recommend Nally Acura to anyone. Make sure they set you up with Chris P., we are happy we did! More
