Absolutely Awful Customer Service Took my 2014 RLX in for service on June 9, 2014. Can't believe a part has gone bad less than 3 months after I leased the RLX 2014. However, that being said, the Nalley Service Department representatives, including the Service Department Manager, provided totally unacceptable service, failed to initiate communication with me regarding the status of the ordered part, and failed to respond to my phone calls when attempting to find out the status of the work authorized and parts ordered for my car. Although the service department representatives told me that the part would be back and available for installation on my car in 2-days, two weeks later no one from the service department had initiated contact with me or returned any of my calls. More specifically, I made calls to the service department representatives and the service department manager. However, NONE of the Service Department representatives responded to me or my various calls until a very responsive Parts Department representative, who provided exceptional service, contacted the Service Department and told them that they needed to respond to my calls and questions. Totally unacceptable service. Will NOT recommend this service department to anyone!!!! More

One of our tires starting losing pressure so we came in to Nally Acura Service, Tues 4/8. Al McGowan handled our situation wonderfully and exceeded our expectations! We didn't expect to be able to review both sales and service in the same week, but maybe it was meant to be to show us what a truly exceptional organization Nally is! We began the new car buying process online, Friday 4/4, visiting USAA.com and Edmunds.com, to research midsized SUVs - with Acura and Lexus being our focus. Sam called us within 30 minutes of our initial visiting USAA.com and Edmunds.com, to research midsized SUVs - with Acura and Lexus being our focus. Sam called us within 30 minutes of our initial browsing on Edmunds, and we found him to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and NOT high pressure - very UN car salesmen like! He presented us with excellent information and a 'walk out the door' quote on an RDX via email. Saturday, we visited Sam at Nally and test drove the Acura RDX first, finding it nice, but we weren't quite sure it was our choice, and then decide to drive the MDX - winner! Our only concern was fitting in our somewhat small garage, so Sam gave us a loaner to take home - perfect fit! Sam got our new MDX ready and we were out the door later that afternoon. He also followed up today (Monday 4/7) with a call. Excellent service and we could not be more happy with our purchase and treatment from Sam and others at Nally. We'll also commend Sam on his very fast response which undoubtedly helped make the deal happen. We received multiple contacts from other dealers through Edmunds, but Sam offered the best price in addition to being fastest to respond. Thank you again for an enjoyable experience! My wife and I have been looking for a used Acura MDX for the past two months. We finally found one located at the Nalley Acura dealership in Marietta, GA. After talking to the sales representative Chris Pugh and him sending me pictures of the vehicle, my wife and I decided to drive two hours to test drive the car and hopefully leave with the Acura MDX. Like most people, I don't look forward to buying either a used car or new car cause of all the back and fourth negotiations and fear that when you leave the car lot that you might feel you got the bad end of the bargain. Well, that was totally not the case for my wife and I. Thanks to Chris Pugh and the guys at Nalley Acura, I felt totally comfortable when we left the lot with the price, and the people their were very kind and willing to work with our final price. The car was totally detailed for us before we arrived at the dealership, and I must say I will send my family and friends to this dealership in a heart beat. We truly had an outstanding experience buying a car at Nalley Acura and I would recommend this dealership to everyone!! Thanks Chris Pugh for your hard work and hospitality. More

Andy was a HUGE help in my car decision. I told him what I was looking for and a day later he finds the perfect car for me. Two days later after that I was driving it home. Even though I bought a Honda, I was looking for and a day later he finds the perfect car for me. Two days later after that I was driving it home. Michael first approached me on the lot while I was considering either an TL or TSX. He was wonderful in explaining both the differences and similarities of the two vehicles. The pros and upgrades acco considering either an TL or TSX. He was wonderful in explaining both the differences and similarities of the two vehicles. Michael not only explained but physically demonstrated these differences by having me sit in the drivers seat of both vehicles during his explanation. This above and beyond action helped me to phsically compare the two vehicles personally and thouroghly. Proof is in the pudding, Michael's next step was to get me moving:) He suggested I take my vehicle of choice for a spin around the block! We hopped into the TL and were rolling. Michael encouraged me to take full advantage of my test drive and I did! I was sold!!! I had to own the TL! Michael spoke for the vehicle before it could speak for itself! The two together are a winning team! Now the only concern was how I was going to pay for the TL with my trade in? Michael handled all of the details like a Prince and made sure I was happy with my trade in value. He then went way above and beyond what he really had to do to make sure I left Nalley Acura with a brand new 2013 TL. My circumstances were unusual and Micheal was kind, understanding, tenacious and comendable. He offered his professional advise to help me solve monetary issues both effectively and easily. I am eternally grateful for Michael's professionalism along with his calmimg, down to earth approach in getting me into a new car. My experince was top notch and I had been looking at other brands and was not familiar with Acura. Micheal's impecable customer service, genuine care and product knowlege was one of the main reasons for chosing Nalley Accura! If you are looking to purchase a car from Nalley Accura, I would highly recommend asking for Michael for the best car buying experience you will ever know. I recently brought my Accura TSX for service and had a really good experience. Al Mcgowan went out of his way to b friendly and helpful and I had to had some additonal work done so I got a loaner car. I u really good experience.
