Chuck Ewing greeting us the moment we entered the showroom and was very professional. We explained our goal and he was understanding and patient. We test drove a vehicle (one of many from various dealerships over a few weeks time), then headed home to let everything sink in. Chuck sent some emails, showing us some great deals on vehicles in Nalley inventory. I appreciated his polite and thoughtful demeanor. All the preferences and info we provided to Chuck over the weeks of searching, he remembered and in end, really delivered a satisfactory value and a great car buying experience. I would have liked a bit more thorough demo of the technology and features on my initial visit, but they are so intuitive they're easy to pick up. (And I received a great demo after purchase!) Ryan was great to work with, super nice and helpful. He was wonderful to follow up and answer any questions, but I never felt harassed as you often do when car shopping. He even went the extra mile and drove my fathers drivers license to us where we were eating after the final purchase when it was left behind at the dealer. More

I got tons of automated emails and continuous phone calls from other dealers, but not from Ryan or anyone else at the dealership. The manager, Ken Meagher, was also very understanding and friendly. Ryan helped me set up my phone and other features within the car, even though it was late and past close time. This was my first car buying experience, and it was pretty painless. I will definitely be back for my next car! More

She followed up in a timely manner and was very professional and great at working with me on my deal.
