There is no need to discuss. There was no apology, and the person I was communicating with wasn't remorseful and couldn't guarantee it wouldn't happen again. I purchased a car at a different Acura dealership with no issues. A family member who had used you for multiple vehicles had recommended you, so you likely lost future sales from them as well.
