The collision repair shop at this dealership was wonderful! We are from out of town, and the collision department took care of my daughter's car in a timely manner and made sure she had her car bac wonderful! We are from out of town, and the collision department took care of my daughter's car in a timely manner and made sure she had her car back safely, with interim transportation. Disappointed Update After consulting with the Service Manager a very extensive diagnostic procedure finally determined the cause of the air conditioning system failure on After consulting with the Service Manager a very extensive diagnostic procedure finally determined the cause of the air conditioning system failure on my 2011 Sienna. All corrective work was completed to my satisfaction and I am happy to say that the Nye Toyota Service Dept. stands by its word and service. As a result I will be happy to continue having my vehicles serviced at Nye and will be purchasing new vehicles from them in the future More
