I have purchased seven vehicles at Nye Toyota since 2008. The service department there is the reason I keep going back there. Not only did he do a great job having my vehicles taken care of, he has also been reliable about getting back to me by text messages or phone calls. I went there with an appointment, to get an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. I waited two hours to be told my 4 year old car with 30000 miles wouldn’t pass inspection without a $700 brake job. The inspection and tire rotation. I waited two hours to be told my 4 year old car with 30000 miles wouldn’t pass inspection without a $700 brake job. The paperwork I was shown had someone else’s name on it! I refused the brake job and it took another hour to get me my car. Then the bill had a charge for a tire rotation on it that should have been free. The woman on the Register walked away when I walked up to the counter to pay, and didn’t come back. I was charged $130 for an oil change and an inspection (that they failed). Horrible customer service, mistakes made with no apologies. I have been a customer for 8 years, I won’t be back. More
