I've been shopping for a rav4 for my wife at burdick Toyota and steet Toyota and now I called Nye to make a deal even though I always had bad vibes a I've been shopping for a rav4 for my wife at burdick Toyota and steet Toyota and now I called Nye to make a deal even though I always had bad vibes about this dealership I thought I'd give them a shot. I called and talked to Kevin the salesman, and made part of a deal over the phone for 33,900 on 2020 xle rav4 he gave me a price of 32500 it's what I wanted 32500 we would make the rest of the deal on my wifes trade in when we got there. When we did get there they would not honor the price of 32500 and they had add one of low Jack and paint protection and something else that I did not want, but they said I would have to pay that extra because it was all ready added to the car. I wasted a 45 minute ride because the salesman would not honor the 32500. Please be aware of this dealership. More

My wife and I walked into Nye Toyota trying to decide between a Honda or Toyota. We were greeted and warmly welcomed by Nelson Rodriguez. It was almost instantly evident that Nelson is my kind of salespe between a Honda or Toyota. We were greeted and warmly welcomed by Nelson Rodriguez. He is very attentive and focused on helping us but without the pressure and push to close a sale that I have experienced elsewhere. We were pleased to be working with someone who is genuinely interested and concerned with helping us. Nelson really made it an easy decision for us to purchase our new 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid in pearl white from Nye. My family keeps our vehicles for a long time and Nelson really made this experience fun and exciting for us. Great job Nelson exceeding our expectations and winning another customer from Honda. The collision repair shop at this dealership was wonderful! We are from out of town, and the collision department took care of my daughter's car in a timely manner and made sure she had her car bac wonderful!
