Disappointed I took my 2011 Sienna in for repair of the satellite radio and air-conditioning service. I was told that the problem was with the antenna and had to I took my 2011 Sienna in for repair of the satellite radio and air-conditioning service. I was told that the problem was with the antenna and had to pre pay $100 to order the part. (not one in stock). After being charged for the a/c service, on the way home I found that it was inoperative. Returning to Nye they determined that the compressor clutch had failed and quoted over $700.00 to repair. They stated that it was an "underlying issue" !! Not only was the a/c not checked before the vehicle was released but it should have been checked for "underlying issues" before charging me for a serviced a/c that I am now unable to use. Having purchased two other Sienna's, one which I currently own, this is the only time that I have found the experience less than favorable. More

So I would have to go there 3 times for it to do the job right, I got an oil change done they just left the cap off the motor Sprayed oil all over my engine by the time I got home $50k truck, Driver seat needed to be replaced They have to perform a service twice, But the best part is coming mind you I live in Syracuse NY About 50 miles away. And this is 3rd strike!! Went there with a different car to have the under coat,paint protection, Interior protection all the goodies Todd Crandall sells sold me the world should I say the works. He had me pay upfront sense he wasn't going to be there when I come in so I paid and then drop the car off on Friday when to pick it up on Saturday was not done so I went back to them on Monday and what do you know car was still not done the right way and then they try to intimidate me by bringing 3 guys plus Todd plus another guy walking around, All I got to Say folks inspect the work they do because they will try to pull a bag over your head really quick and you will get taillight warranty More
Service people are rude and unprofessional. I went there for an oil change on my Corolla. When I asked about why I needed synthetic oil in my new Toyota, rather than the regular kind I have alwa I went there for an oil change on my Corolla. When I asked about why I needed synthetic oil in my new Toyota, rather than the regular kind I have always used in previous Toyotas, I was simply told that I had to have synthetic. I asked for an explanation, and instead was simply told that this is what I had to have. Repeated requests for an explanation went unanswered, and I was made to feel that I was asking some sort of outlandish question. The service manager, who had been called over by the service lady, was confrontational. Very rude, poorly trained, unprofessional staff. They don't treat customers with respect. More
Customer Service Excellent I bought 4 new vehicles from NYE in the past. Sales manger Chris Milks, AJ, Were excellent to deal with. The service department Jeff Williams is the best manger. This is why I deal with NYE. Steet Toyota has terrible sales techniques and Service charged me $8.00 for air. That's when I stopped going there for service. I would rather drive 40 minutes than 10 minutes for better service and honesty. More
Poor service I bought a 2011 tundra and the salesman said they would inspect and clean the truck when we picked it up the sticker was on the windshield but they ne I bought a 2011 tundra and the salesman said they would inspect and clean the truck when we picked it up the sticker was on the windshield but they never checked the wipers passenger side had a 2 inch piece missing out of the center of it that would not of passed the inspection they were to but a quart of oil in the truck as it was a quart low after the supposed oil change they just put a quart of oil on the passenger side floor for me to put in the truck, also antifreeze was below the low mark and they never cleaned the truck put the floor mats in it and never vacumed out the stones on the carpet and missed all the inside windows i told the salesman the next day and all he said was sorry and rolled his eyes not if you have the reciepts we will reimburse you this is a poor place shop anyplace else More
I will never do business with NYE again I bought a new 2008 Toyota Yaris and about a year later the check air bag light went on.... I took it there for service and they tried to say (service I bought a new 2008 Toyota Yaris and about a year later the check air bag light went on.... I took it there for service and they tried to say (service advisors Ms. Robins and some guy with half of his teeth missing) that the car was in an accident and repaired so they tried to charge me $325. They denied my request to see Mr Nye but ran a Car Fax Report and decided to waive the charges. Months later Mr Nye wanted to know what happened and I should have asked for him. I informed Mr Nye that I did and they refused to call him. I also informed him that future purchases will be done at another dealer. Although I still have the 2008 Yaris and it has been a very reliable car I was able to get a couple of other people to shop at another Toyota dealer. In fact they got a better deal than than they could get a Nye. Beware of dishonest people I worked with Ms. Robins husband and she even denied knowing him. More
Toyota Service Dept. is awesome We have had two Avalons and a Tacoma TRD Truck. Service is always excellent. If there is a problem they are on top of it and correct it. The service department is very important... Sales dept. is depends on Salesman. I would rate them a three. Go in with a good attatude and you will do ok. More

When I told him I didn't want his extra RAP insurance he stopped listening to us. told him I wanted to finance through AmeriCU at 2.49% he went through Wellsfargo at 3.99% (because that's were he does all his banking) DIDN'T CARE THE RATES WERE LOWER AT AMERICU It was $15 more per month x 72 months Had to wait 45 days to get the new title and refinance. I buy a new car about every other year But it won't be from here again More

Purchased a 2006 certified Camry. It pulled to the right and they would fix it. Took it back and said it was fine and I was wrong. Took it to a mechanic and he said brakes were vibrating and the rt. front and they would fix it. Took it back and said it was fine and I was wrong. Took it to a mechanic and he said brakes were vibrating and the rt. front strut was leaking. I sent it back to them and they said they turned the rear break drums and replaced the strut. I took it to another toyota dealership because the breaks now grabbed. They stated the rotors and drums were warped and needed to be fixed. They also replaced the right front sway bar links that were warn. This car should have never passed the NYS inspection besides be a certified vehicle. I would never recommend this dealership as they were rude and obviously did not like to deal with women. More
