Made appointment for service for 12/7 when I arrived they said it was cancelled. I was told the called my wife when I asked her she received no call. We brought the car in May 2021 since then the car was ser said it was cancelled. I was told the called my wife when I asked her she received no call. We brought the car in May 2021 since then the car was serviced for front brake problem no I cannot drive the car because of the brake issue . I have to wait until the 16th to have it serviced. I know things happen but to said they called someone on the day the car was to be looked to cancel not a good way I had to cancel an appointment because the car cannot be driven with the noise coming from the back also the car is under warranty More

I went to Nye Ford for service on my '17 Expedition. I was experiencing a noise that appeared to be coming from the rear end. I drop my Ford F-150 off at 7 am Friday for a recall on doors locks, I get a call at 1ish that’s says they will not get to it today. This is like the 6th or 7th time I have had it there for this problem ( doors locks, I get a call at 1ish that’s says they will not get to it today. Easy This was the first time I brought this particular vehicle (2018 F-150) in for service. I made the appointment over the phone and got in in 1 day. Easy entry into sheltered bay. Quick fill-in of paperwork at desk. Friendly personnel. Customer lounge is clean and modern with coffee, soft drinks and snacks. Comfortable chairs, TV, Music, Outlets available. My service only took about an hour, no problems. I did not interact with sales, but service department is very good in my opinion. More
