It was a horrible experiance. They worked on my truck for recalls. They had to replace the wire harness for the tailgate opening on its own. After they were done i started getting check park aid faults on my display. Never happened prior to this. They wanted to charge me $1200 to repair it. They said the module was bad. I told them I wasn’t paying for that. They then said i had to pay $300 for the tech to troubleshoot it. I also refused to pay that. I would say that when they changed the harness they shorted something to make the module go bad. It does it intermitantly. It may not even be bad it may be a short. I was disgusted. I will most likely never go there again. Ford should look into this type of issue. i think i am also going to call Ford Headquarters and let them know. More
