Picked up my 2021 Ford Edge last week. Doran (my sales rep) was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed help with the new touch screen as i am not computer savvy. Contacting parts and talking with Nick in parts was effortless. He was helpful in ordering necessary parts & parts arrived ahead of schedule.
